Excellent , fast delivery and description is 100% right. Bought a mulberry cara from them and was in excellent condition and a bargain price. Very happy.

They lost 2 large bags of clothes I sent in December and have been very unhelpful. You would be way better off selling yourself.

Whilst it’s all well and good they sort the ‘chore’ side of selling second hand clothes, had I known the outcome I’d rather of done it all myself and there fore actually profited. I sent off a large bag full of some favourites I was confident would sell as they were vintage brands in top condition, yet after the 12 week delay in them posting any of my clothes (with no communication on what was taking so long) they only uploaded about 7 things of which I had notice a vest was mildly damaged - a vest which happened to be one of the cheapest things I put in the bag. The glaringly obvious conclusion is the pocketed my vintage pieces to resell entirely themselves. I feel genuinely cheated and would never use again.

Thrift plus is an amazing Ebay seller with great service, great prices, great items! Highly recommended.

Really poor experience with Thrift+. 1 star is too nice!

I sent a bag in January and after months of chasing, I’ve now been told it’s been lost. Communication has been extremely slow throughout and I’ve had to constantly follow up for updates and have been passed between multiple people with no clear resolution.

Despite losing my item, they offered compensation in store credit, which I do not find acceptable. I’ve requested a refund and am still waiting for this to be resolved and still constantly chasing them for a response.

I won’t be using Thrift+ again or recommending to anyone ever!!

Do not use this company!! It is not clear on their website - no matter what their responses are to this review and other negative ones - just how long it will take for them to sell your luxury branded items and how little money you will receive for them. I have literally received pennies in my Thrift account for 2 brand new Sweaty Betty items and I am unable to withdraw any of this money until more of my items are sold and for the pot to total £5. This company seems a good deal for buying but an absolute rip off for selling. There is no advantage in it and I would advise to use other free platforms or platforms with better returns for sellers as I will be using in the future.

We’ve used Thrift+ for a while now and couldn’t be happier.
Bought a few things and sent several bags to be resold.
The idea is simple and the benefit are for the planet as well as the individuals,

Amazing selection of clothes on the Thrift site and I found a gorgeous dress I wanted. It arrived quickly with tracking and was exactly as described. A really smooth online shopping experience but with the bonus of being secondhand and supporting a circular economy. I'll be purchasing again soon, highly recommend.
