Front page doesn’t show quick pass in Yas Mall
First of I bought the yas mall ticket, in the front page it’s not showing it’s just a quick pass and then when I paid it it’s showing quick pass they have misleading description beware people to cross check as they might have some hidden details that will cause miscommunication and mislead people, I learned my lesson. Paid 540 dhs for nothing as I need the yas mall ticket not the quick pass.

Unfortunetly there is no negative star rating option available. I booked a ticket for Museuam of future and dubai frame today morning. After a confirmation email from so called Thrillark, I booked my hotel in Dubai and reached Dubai
Currently, I am in Dubai and 10pm I received an email that Tickets are not arranged and they offered me alternate unpopular places tickets. Though they have refunded the amount however I have wasted my hotel booking money and a day trusting these fraud people. Annoying and frustration. For sure Torrie morning I am going to report it to Dubai police.

I bought 2 theme parks entry combo for a day.
Only had access to one park. Then contacted customer support. Issue not resolved and still under “investigation” for 5 hours and the parks will close after 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Had to be the worst so far.
