They service is a bit slow but Fatima was very helpful. We have saved a lot of money on SeaWorld Gold Coast. If you can book 24 hours early, I can highly recommend them.

What responsiveness !

What responsiveness! I had a hiccup with a reservation that had already been postponed due to unavailable seats. Safaa was able to get me a refund very quickly. Many thanks again for your understanding and flexibility!

Terrible service … not recommended

I had to get into a hustle of a technical glitch they had in timing. It was my last day in Dubai and my flight was at night and they sent me an email that they had a technical glitch with the timings and either to change the time or to pay extra l. I had to pay extra for their technical fault and couldn’t change the time because of my flights and I was on a tight schedule.
That’s a terrible service to let customers bare your technical faults.
Not recommended at all and will never deal with this company again

Reply: it is your problem to deal with such issues not me, I was already booked for the 7:00pm before the change happened, you do this change to who ever will book later not who already booked. Plus I was searching for the tickets when I found that email in the junk stating either pay the difference or change the slot and it was way too late to do anything but to pay extra or I will miss my flight. You had a timing slot with a price you have to honor it or you are not trustworthy. This never happens in well trusted respectful companies.
Still a terrible service, not trustworthy and not recommended at all. Because

Because of this, we could only offer two options—shift to 8 PM at the same price you paid, or keep 7 PM by covering the peak-hour difference. Competitive price

Competitive price. However, sometimes there might be delay in sending tickets. However, they were fast to respond with contacting them. I also had problem at snow Abudhabi where they refused to let us in asking for official email from Thrillark although I think the problem was the attraction themselves rather than the website since we didn't face such request from other yas island parks. My advice is to book early to avoid delay in entering the attractions.

Why offer Why are offering time slots online that aren't actually available?

We booked 3 tickets and then were notified that our chosen time wasn't available. We subsequently had to mock the time and date of our session twice more. Why offer those times lots online if they're not actually available?

When you booked tickets for Yas Marina on August 23rd at 5:00 PM, that slot unfortunately filled up before we could finalize your reservation. To make sure you didn’t miss out, our team quickly suggested alternatives at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. As those sessions also got booked up before we heard back, we later offered the 10:00 PM option.

When you asked to rebook for August 24th at 5:00 PM, seats for three guests weren’t available anymore, so we secured the next closest time at 6:00 PM, which you kindly accepted. While we’re glad you could still attend, we know the back-and-forth must have been frustrating, and we’re really sorry for that.

Please know we’re working on improving our booking system to better reflect real-time availability so this doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback—it helps us serve you better.

Amazing Entertainment place

Teamlab phenomena experience was amazing. It brought us to a whole new world full of wonderful art of lazer lights. One should definitely try Japanese Tea through which lights could be seen in the glass. The most thrilling experience was bashing small baloons which were flying in the air. I definitely recommend everyone to visit this place.
