Hi,
I went in a couple of days ago prior to stage 4 lockdown and was and have been helped by a blonde girl who worked in your highpoint store. She was always and has always been so helpful and with a smile on her face I can’t see under her mask. She was so knowledgeable about products like atp science products and helped me feel a lot better about my pcos health journey.

No credit card without ‘afterpay’
I was going to spend $45 on various products, but cancelled the order when I realised the visa symbol only related to after pay. I will not use after pay. Very disappointed.

I do apologise for any confusion but we most definitely do have a credit card facility. When you are checking out please select "Simplify Commerce By Mastercard". This will accept Visa and Mastercards.

When ordering there was no explanation…
When ordering there was no explanation of the credit card proviser you go through, has to ring a talk to someone to ensure it was correct before processing.
Once ordered and waiting sometime for my order I was contacted to say that my order has been shipped to the wrong person so time added to receiving of order, which I still have not yet received.

My shipment of santisers arrived but one bottle had a loose lid and the liquid completely saturated the packaging. I sent an email which was replied to the following day with apology and that a new bottle was sent which arrived today. Thanks again for your swift response!
