My experience has been very positive. Ashley Wheeler is a well informed provider who listens attentively and delivers information in a relatable and easy to understand way. She has been very understanding of my financial situation and the fact that I do not have health insurance. So she has ordered my labs in a way that makes it less of a struggle for me to pay for them. Her assistant Katya Hernandez is blue ribbon worthy! My messages are ALWAYS answered promptly and in the warmest and most sincere way. Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with my care team. My hormone health specialist "Lacey" is awesome, she is very easy to talk to , and is always available for any questions/concerns. I would also like to say a special thanks to my patient care coordinator "Adriana" , she is a straight up superhero. Adriana goes above and beyond to help with concerns and make sure shipments are sent out on time. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I recently had a TeleMed visit with one of the practitioners for hormone replacement therapy, and it was a great experience. She was very thorough, professional, kind, and truly took the time to listen and understand my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I feel confident in the treatment regimen she is starting me on and appreciate how individualized and thoughtful her approach was. I would highly recommend.

My provider was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable discussing all topics of my health concerns.

I have been to multiple health providers, explained very well what was going on with me, and they said I was depressed, I needed to lose weight, etc. Thrive is the only health provider that heard what I was saying and is helping to make me feel better.

I have been using Thrive labs for a year now for my testosterone cream. I have Kaiser and they won't help me. Thrive labs have been a joy to order from. They have top tier customer service that responds instantly. Easy to change order date for prescriptions and great compounding pharmacy with competitive pricing in my area. Highly recommended!!

I was very disappointed in the whole process. The contact person was not helpful. She was very slow getting back to me, and seemed uninterested. I’ve explored similar services and the response and overall concern was so much better. I’m not sure if I would have ever gotten to speak to an actual provider. Lesson learned!

Thrive is amazing! For a fraction of the price I paid to have hormonal advice, I had a wonderful and welcoming physician answer my questions and put me on a path to recover from my bad HRT experience. She was able to help me understand how to best optimize my options and achieve my goals. All of the things that I had to pay separately for, was all included in my plan. So far, I am happy with this service and the medical care they've provided.

I am one year post hysterectomy and surgical menopause at 45. Thrive has helped me regain my energy, strength and is now helping me with longevity and overall wellness. Grateful for their help.
