BAIT AND SWITCH! I was sent an offer for a free one year membership, but when I tried to use it, it said I was not eligible because I had made a single order in 2015 (yup, 10 years ago going on 11!) for my daughter who had just moved out of state. I contacted customer service and they said there was no way to access the free year in light of my decade old order. I told them that was bait and switch since the offer didn't say anything about it being only for new members. The company did not care about the cicumstances, and refused to deviate from its policy even though I had paid the year's membership in 2015 for just a single order.

Thrive proactively took care of my order that was missing in transit by shipping a replacement before I even knew it was missing and giving me a $20 credit on my next order - all before I even knew it was missing. The integrity of this company is a 10 out of 10

I love Thrive service. For the first time ever, I had an issue with a shipment. Unfortunately my bottle of soap was damaged on shipment and leaked over everything. I was able to save most of the items except 2. When I called to get help, the customer service was amazing. The gentleman was kind, efficient and very professional. They are already sending a replacement. I highly recommend Thrive Market!

Made a purchase and there was no clearly marked notation that this would come with a membership. It also set my purchase up as a monthly auto purchase. Now trying to cancel it is insane! It is taking forever and jumping through hoops just to get a response from the agent. Making it impossible to cancel is such a gigantic red flag. Absolutely never doing business with them again.

Got notice that someone is trying to hack into my account/request password reset, etc.
Tried to login to cancel account on my own and I can't get past the "give us money" page.
Wrote to them, asking they cancel my account and I have to fill out a questionnaire with all kinds of verification info. What a hassle!
I NEED YOU TO JUST CANCEL THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE CURRENTLY, IT'S A SECURITY RISK!

The site says cancel any time when you think about signing up. So, now I am trying to cancel because we just dont use it and this is the 2nd time trying to cancel. They run you through so many offers to keep you. Then this time they just routed me to show me how to turn off auto ship. I just want to cancel. Making it this difficult to cancel a subscription is really sketchy.

AWFUL! I tried a 30-day "free trial" and was immdiately billed. The automated feature put a bunch of stuff I didnt want into my cart. I did NOT click on the order button and several days later got an email that this stuff was on its way, to the tune of $103. I told the automated robot to cancel the order and after answering a BUNCH of questions as to why, was then told it was too late. I tried to cancel my membership and there is no direct way to do that. After waiting for an online rep, I then got another round of trying not to let me go, after I threaten to report them to the FTC, I finally got satisfaction. If they are not a scam, then they are completely unethical. Never, ever again!

Responsive, honest, useful information about savings opportunities, membership costs and subscriptions without being pushy or patronizing. I have to watch every single penny that leaves my wallet. I stay away from auto renewing membership fees whenever possible... UNLESS... the savings and the products and the company are worth my extra effort in including them in my budget. Thrive is worth it.

I made my final order on 12/7/25 and my membership expired on 12/10/25. I received the order after the membership had expired and it was missing the free bonus offer that was supposed to be included. When I called support they offered to add a credit to my account for the about of the free order. This was not helpful since my membership expired. The agent put me on hold to speak with his manager. I was then told that if my membership was active I could get a credit or have the free items shipped but since my membership was not active I am out of luck. You be the judge on if you think this is fair or not I am just presenting the facts.

I have ordered items from Thrive randomly throughout the year when I need healthy organic things quickly. This last order I got the wrong items shipped to me and a quick chat and they made it right and made sure I had all I needed. I really appreciate good quality food items that can come right to my door.

Thrive is a company that is of the people and for the people. I honestly wish I had of found them sooner. They have extensive options that are high quality and affordable, cheaper than most grocery stores. They accommodate for special diet restrictions, etc. Have great deals like cash back and percent off your cart etc. The ordering process is very simple and quick, the customer support is top tier, like better than any company I’ve ordered through. I do not work for them and do not receive any affiliate or anything. Just love them! They even give back to their employees and give back the world through various programs. Loaded with natural, organic, high end items at affordable prices.

Incompetent. I order a quantity of 8 of 1 item. They sent 8 or the wrong item. I when through the customer support process and they opened another order to send the original items I ordered. The second (replacement) order arrived and it was again the wrong item. They sent the same wrong item again. INCOMPETENT.
They also sign you up automatically and without your permission to have reoccurring orders. So if you are not mindful of this, your credit card will get hit over and over as they continue to ship items. This should be illegal!
I don't know how this company has good review. Why people like this is beyond me.

Scam company. You must set up a membership just to view products. Then they will select a bunch of trash for you. The interface will make it difficult to swap out. I was going to revisit in a few days over the weekend, and they completed an order with the junk they populated into my cart without my authorization. I have tried to cancel but get a runaround. Buyer beware of dishonest business practices.
Update. After a few days thrive market did get in touch and refunded my order. Upgrading to two star due to resolution.
