The system doesn’t offer a way to cancel. Thrive offers bacteria many products, although organic, are processed and/or contain sugar and starches.
I would like a refund and a cancellation of auto renew. It has been less than 30 minutes ago that I was charged.
I couldn’t review what you offer until payment was made.

Thrive Market delivers an healthy alternative for food and health items not available in my area. I can order needed items and within a few days they arrive. There customer service is top notch and fast to correct any mishaps. Today I had a box split apart in shipping, it arrived all taped up with mangled goods and Thrive gave me a full refund on my order. I indicated some items survived but Thrive refunded them too which was not needed but did anyway. This is my 3rd order and everything we have received has been excellent! Thrive will continue to have my business! Thanks Thrive!

I bought some chocolates for a friend in 2023, and it autorenewed my membership without me knowing and all the emails went to spam regarding it. When I went to cancel it recently, I called twice and they gave an automated answer to do the live chat (which wasn't working) and then hung up on me. I finally got the live chat working, and the robot kept trying to convince me to re-up my membership, even though I said 3 times I wanted to cancel. Then they got me to a live chat real person, and she was rude. Thankfully, they did cancel my membership and emailed that a refund for this year's membership will be coming back to me in 3-5 business days, but it took a lot of work to get to that point, and their live chat reps need more training to be more polite to customers.

Total scam. You are forced to sign up for a membership to be able to see their prices. Obviously the company is ashamed of their prices, otherwise they’d advertise them!
If you have Amazon prime (free shipping and occasional $10 off $50) there’s no reason for thrive.

I bought the $60 annual membership but have found it's not worth it. The majority of products they carry still have unhealthy ingredients, the prices are still comparable to local markets and I find their way of marketing through their app tries to push people into making unnecessary purchases and automatic renewal policies that require more than a simple request are disgusting.
Azure Standard has been much more of what I'm seeking. Single ingredient, fresh organic foods and other truly healthy products are what I want. Clear and easy ordering, no automatic sending to avoid, no membership fee's. I like this type of customer oriented, ethical business.

Thrive Market is a scam. They offer these 1-year free promos and free trials, but then out of the blue, you are charged hundreds of dollars for groceries you did NOT order and do NOT want. Then they make it nearly impossible to cancel the order and cancel your account.

I went through the free trial experience and while some of the discounts for pantry items were attractive, the overall experience of signing up then trying to cancel the free trial felt much like a scam.
When I first signed up, the offer appeared really good and I thought I would have to pay $0 for my first shipment of groceries because I was only shown the discount and not the total during checkout (sketchy!). I ended up paying $60 for my first shipment. Still a good value for what I ordered. When I realized that the groceries are really limited to pantry items with no good fresh options, I decided to cancel my free trial. The virtual support agent tried very hard to convince me to keep my membership active and lowered the price to as low as $9.95/year. I declined and was told that I would get a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours. When I checked back 24 hours later, I noticed that they had only cancelled my auto renewal and that my membership would still become active and I would be charged $59.95 for the first year. This happened even though I requested to "cancel my membership" which they interpreted as "cancel my auto renewal". I talked to the virtual support agent again and asked to explicitly "cancel my free trial". After 4 attempts to convince me to keep my trial and therefore automatic membership active, the support assistant finally gave up and I received an email confirming that my membership had been cancelled. I then had to research how I can delete all my personal data which was difficult to figure out.
TL;DR: my experience felt very much like a subscription scam and getting out of it was much more difficult than I thought it would be.
