The service was amazing! Locks changed and I feel safer in my house! The locks were changed to anti snap locks and he took the time to explain what all this meant and showed me videos of how they work! 15/10 service!

Excellent service. Phoned up with a bolt lock on a van door that couldn’t be opened due to having locked the keys in the back. A full days work ahead of me, but the issue was resolved within minutes of him turning up. Excellent level of service and extremely reasonably priced. 100% recommend

Often goes out of his way at the last minute and there is never a job too big or too small.

Front door lock kept sticking and ended up not being able to open/lock it with the key. Gave Darren a call late Friday evening and he had a good idea what was wrong and booked to sort it Monday morning (as non urgent as we had other entry points and no rush). He was in the area on the Saturday on another job and asked if we were in for him to pop over. He got the lock replaced quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable too!

Will definitely be calling him again with any lock issues!
