Brilliant, caring, knowledgable. We've just moved to the area, and were worried we'd not find the raw food our dogs need; not only did we find the right stuff from an extensive range, but the price is good and the people are lovely.

I have given 5 stars because they have been so helpful with our transition from kibble and tinned dog food to raw. It's a bit of a minefield to begin with and I was given good and knowledgeable information. They have kept in contact regularly to check on how my dog is doing as she has some skin issue's. The customer service and after care is brilliant.😊

I collect every single time and each time I am met with the friendliest 2 people possible! Laura and Brett go out of their way with their customer service. If I have any questions or queries they are always on hand to help with the best knowledge of everything they stock! Could buy elsewhere but love helping a small business that deserves it!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Thumper's reply to any query, are very informative and helpful. Products are detailed clearly and reasonably priced. Free delivery on a Thursday for qualifying orders. What's not to like!
