Amazing service and communication is absolutely outstanding. They keep you in the loop at all times and if you have made a mistake such as putting in the wrong number of weeks for recurring delivery they sort it out for you ASAP.
I don’t think I will be using anywhere else for my dog food!

New to raw diet
I have been newly introduced to thumpers and raw food. The website and order section are easy and informative to navigate, the order arrived as stated and in good packaging. My foster cocker spaniel can’t get enough and my 13 year old springer is showing interest. The raw sprats are a winner as well. Will definitely order again.😊

Unfortunately the delivery company…
Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver our order and we were unable to track due to a fault in their system. Refund issued when we disputed the delivery companies false claim we had refused to take the order. If there is an option to use royal mail, use it. Otherwise we found sellers Web site easy to use and order.
