Excellent service and sensible advice
I don't subscribe to the "review culture" and only give them when I genuinely have something to say. I cannot praise Thumper's Pet Supplies enough. Brett was amazing and very kind. He met Merlin, our 18 month old, very timid, Golden Retriever and listened to all I had to say about Merlin's food. Brett then made several recommendations and he explained the reasoning behind them. It was obvious his recommendations were given from a point of genuine knowledge, not just someone trying to sell me something. The products I bought are excellent - Merlin loves his new food and clears his bowl in seconds. I will be back.

Considering I made the order 5 days ago and wasn't notified that an item was out of stock until two days after I made the order.
I haven't even received a dispatched email. It's one star from me. Dreadful service.
