Ordered our new Nuvi and are delighted with the service and prompt delivery. Even though we are part of the UK we sometimes get charged higher postage but this was not the case here. Notified by email each stage of the despatch and delivery process. Would not hesitate to use Global GPS again.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience. My order was accepted and confirmed and my card debited. 2 days later I received an email saying there was no stock but not to worry as my order would come from the manufacturer but take a few days longer. The following day my order was cancelled.

The article arrived in time and was what I ordered,what more do you want ?

Ordered online and then Collected my item in store. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately there has been a mix up on my delivery as it should have been delivered on Saturday. I had people wait in all day for it and heard nothing about the mix up until I've phoned global gps on the Monday.
So it has been such an inconvenience this.
I've sent numerous emails back about now changing delivery address's as I was going away and have heard nothing back. I ordered this on the 4th and still have no hoover and no idea where it is being delivered l.

Ordered from website had to chase for a tracking number to then be told there was a problem and my order couldn't be completed, was offered an alternative but this too encountered a problem and this wasn't delivered and company have given me a refund without discussing options. Tread carefully with this company.

I wanted to cancel my order for a replacement Garmin charger the day after placing it as my original charger was found. Global GPS cancelled the order-no hassle, no argument. Great service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered a refurbished Dyson and it was a very simple process and delivery didn't take long either (around 5 days).

I cannot possibly say anything other than that the whole transaction went perfectly .The web site was easiy to navigate,the communication was excellent and faultless.I would recommmend this company to anyone,and I saved at least thirty pounds against my local dealer..

We were please to be able to order the Dyson fan/heater and the money was taken from my account. Then I received an email saying that it was unavailable and my money would be returned so I could buy elsewhere. It said that they would let me know when they had some more and I could have it at the same price. I bought elsewhere. My money was not returned and several days later a Dyson fan/heater arrived. My rating of one star is the only option given but I did not receive rude conduct.

Prompt delivery, product exactly as described, best price that I could find on the internet.

Ordered a fan in anticipation of the hot weather week we just had the previous weekend. Turns out they oversold on their website, which I find unacceptable given the amount of online merchant software there is to avoid stocking errors like this.
I missed a telephone call from them on the Monday. When I rung back the person on the other end didn't seem bothered with me, or even in any rush to let me know the company I had contacted. When I asked who had tried to ring me he identified his employer as the Limited company that holds the rights to Global GPS, so that initially confused me further. I had to aid him by telling him every company I had ordered on the internet from in the last week until I said "Global GPS." This felt an unnecessary invasion of my privacy.
A full refund was issued within three working days, so for that they get two stars. Won't use again.

My original thought that GlobalGPS was cheaper, with free postage and 1-3 day delivery as stated in the website was soon lost. Could not for love nor money get free postage. It was cheaper yes but after 3 days nothing had arrived, T/C to Ggps, they stated it would be with me in 2 days. After 7 days another T/C, they stated not sure what had happened but it will be sent today and be with me within 3 days, I explained it was to be used at the weekend and it had already been 7 days, they agreed to send next day delivery for no extra cost so that was a positive response. If you want it cheaper than any where else and you are not too worried about delivery times this company is fine. If you want guaranteed delivery I am not sure you will get it. I found there telephone manner apologetic and positive and they gave a good response to my problem. It arrived on Friday after 8 days.I was able to use it at the weekend.
