They advertise non existent products
They advertise and take payments for products they do not have. I have purchased somethjng and later that day they have sent me an email saying they do not have this item and will not lroceed with my order. Also have never subscribed for anything from them, but am receiving promo emails now! Terrible and fraudulent experience.

I didn't receive an email confirmation…
I didn't receive an email confirmation until quite a while after I put the order through which made me panic slightly wondering if it was a scam site. I ordered on the 29th of May and I'm still waiting for the products to arrive. The delay is probably due to Covid 19 but I wish I could track my package. I wish there was a customer service call centre but my email about my order confirmation was met with a quick reply.
