I ordered the Malibu swimsuit 6 weeks ago. Upon receiving an email to say my item is ‘On it’s way’ 5 days after the order was placed, I am yet to receive said item. I am not able to use the tracking number to track the progress as it only takes you to an app ‘Shop’ that just tells you your order and you can bark as delivered yourself. Would not recommend buying from this site.

Never experienced such poor quality and it was $40 for a dress. Expected it to be okay quality. This is just scam and I had to actually throw it in the garbage cause the fabric was just so bad.

Don't do it. They have "front names" of buisnesses based in Miami but everything is shipped from China. They do take refunds but you have to pay for shipping... shipping was $40 for a $32 piece of clothing... yea, no.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases from this store. Quality speaks for itself. 100% satisfied.

The dress I ordered looks nice, just a small confusion with the size, however that is not a big problem.

I was little worried for my first order, because of the previous comments but when I got my bodysuit I was very pleased. It is the same as it is on the picture, love it.

Good variety of stuff for home. Great deals and frequent discounts.
You can find everything you need here at a good price and with a fast delivery. It was also very nice to receive
some additional compliments to my order. I shop only here where I can find everything.

Just received my first purchase and it looks good. Quality is what I expected for the price. Shipping was 3 weeks but not complains. I'm waiting for 2 more purchases I made the last week :)

Very well made and I pay $39.99 for it! Good deal! Had some issues with shipping because the shipping company returned my purchase but the customer service found my order and sent it again. It was absolutely helpful . I liked it

Worst purchase I’ve ever made.
I decided to choose a size that I thought would give me a little bit more room to grow into the outfit, it took 6 weeks to get here- and when it came it looked like I was being lifted up by the shoulders of the outfit. Everything was tight, unflattering and awful material. I never sent it back because of the cost (around $49) to China as it was just an even bigger waste of money and almost definitely wouldn’t recieve a refund from the website. Everything looks amazing on their website and the prices are so low, they always have a sale as the first prices are probably fake. Please read current reviews before you make a purchase. Big regret.

I also fell for the IG promotion and received Natalia dress that's badly made. A low bust dress can hardly be held closed with two flimsy buttons! (I work in the industry and this is the worst online fashion facade I've come across...) Don't fall for the 'reduced prices' as these original prices are clearly fictional. These items are not worth that much as they are clearly cheap production. I contacted them to get the return info and was told I have to ship to China! They claim to have warehouses in Europe, Asia, US and Australia but they are clearly only in China as this is the only returns destination. They require a tracking number for the postage and recorded international post is costing more than the dress ($39). I've decided to keep the dress as there's no guarantees that they will refund so not prepared to lose even more money.

I am here again, third time shopping :D Something about them just makes me so hyped nor even sure what it is but I definitely do love them + highly recommend if you are into those Insta baddie looks

Tia Nova is a company full of crooks. I ordered one item over six weeks ago, never received an update, and I reached out to customer service only to find that the package hasn't even left the facility yet. Their service is slow to respond and automated. I cannot overstate enough: DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR YOUR INFORMATION.

I'm lucky I only ordered one thing and may only be $35 in the hole. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Tia Nova is an absolute scam and the company should be shut down. They also blocked me on all social media after I reached out through different channels because email was too slow.

I don't write reviews for anything but I am incredibly disappointed with this company. First of all, the level of quality was HORRIBLE. I spent $80 on two items; a sequin shirt that seemed adorable in the picture but the sequins were falling off the second I opened my package and the material was thin and flimsy. The sweater thing I bought had thin fabric with GLUED ON fake fur. The quality was laughable. Secondly, returns are within 14 days and I emailed the company to initiate a return, but I still have not received an email back. The website doesn't provide any address to return to, so I basically wasted $80. I'm so irritated. Do not buy from this company.

This company is terrible. Terrible quality, terrible representation of products on website, terrible customer service, terrible website -- do NOT buy anything from here unless you are prepared to be out all of the money you spend. Don't plan on making any returns unless you want to pay 3x the cost of the product to ship the items back internationally.

Tia Nova is a scam of a website. I ordered over $300 of clothes. They took over 4 weeks to come and each item came days apart of the other. The clothes were very cheap and when i stated I wanted to return items, they said that the 14 days had passed to return. The 14 days had passed even though i had not received my full order.....that is a joke. I also now have 5 days to return my package. Went to the post office and the postage is more than the dress is actually worth! JOKE OF A COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER IT IS A SCAM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

This company is a FRAUD. All buyers please beware!!!! I bought an item on this site that took 18 or so days to arrive. When I opened the package, the dress WAS NOT the dress pictured in the images. I then proceeded to contact customer service about my return options. They gave me a return address. I went to fed ex and fed ex told me the postal code provided was “invalid”. I also went online to ups and usps and they quoted a return fee of over $100usd for an item I purchased for $46 dollars. I notified customer service of my conundrum and they proceeded to reply with “ as per our company policy, we are not responsible for any shipping fees”. Again, I stressed that the dress I received IS NOT respresentative of what is being pictured on their site. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. BEWARE!!!!

I have ordered online, it took a month to arrive at the post office. They offer a home delivery service but now I have to find a way to organize a final delivery. Their customer service barely answer, they don’t offer any solution and they are rude! Find a solution and be more professional. Never again !!!
