I've ordered a dress for my GF and it was a while after it was shipped. I contacted their customer support and was informed that they will speed up the process which really happened and got it in a week after that.
Dress is great btw!!!

I ordered from them, the products were good quality and nice, the customer service take some time to answer but they always do it!

* It is now March 2nd, almost a month later, and still have not received my order*
I placed my order, and much like a few other people I had an unauthorized transaction go through on my account, i contacted their Customer service and after 3 days I called my bank and had them cancel my card. It's been two weeks and I still haven't even received a shipping confirmation. and at this point I will be surprised to even receive my order. I should have googled before I purchased

They’re a scam!!! I ordered from bohoszn and they tried to charge me 5 times!! I immediately called my bank and disputed the charges. Don’t trust them.

terrible quality and they make you pay for the return to China which is more than the cost of the tacky item. NEVER order from here.

I received a white dress that had an awful plastic smell. I threw it right into the garbage. The poorest quality of clothing I have ever seen. Sorry I didn't keep and return.

I wished that I saw this website before I ordered. I received my clothes and emailed them when I looked at the clothes. Very cheap, threading following apart, not the same material when stitching the fabric. BEWARE BEWARE...please do not order from them. They still have not responded to my email which as been 7 days ago.

I placed an order two weeks ago and received a confirmation order and the money was withdrawn from my account but no notification that it ever shipped. I've contacted their support email multiple times to no avail. I believe that they are paying off bloggers to say that the website is real because I looked at a few accounts that posted their items, and they all claim that it is real.

This store is a scam! Don't waste your time or money with their products. 1: none of their clothing reflect their glam photographs online/ on instagram 2: all their items ship from china, one at a time, you will get your items over the course of 3 weeks. 3: All the items I've gotten from them are all cheap, poor quality and all have a foul plastic smell. 3: you have 14 days to return, ie: if you only got 50% of your order, the clock starts ticking on those items. They do not care that you have not received the remainder of your items. Why is my return clock ticking if I haven't even received all my items in the same order!!!!??

This is an email correspondence with their rep GIovanna: ""Starting today you have 8 days to send us the tracking number for your return item so we can approve your refund. After this period of time it won't be possible for us to proceed with your return request. As the return-refund policy is only 14 days we do not recommend for you to wait until the other items arrive before returning the ones you have."

I placed an order on this site and reached out multiple times regarding my order... I did not receive any type of response other than an automated response. This website has got to be a scam since I placed an order-my money was withdrawn and then... never received my order or any type of actual tracking number. I only received one "Thank you for your Order" email and said to check back with any updates. It has been two weeks--reached out on all social media platforms....I find it very skeptical that I was blocked by Tia Nova on Instagram for posting my concerns multiple times.. Be careful!!! Thankfully my order was only $36.99...

I was scammed by a Shopify ran website called BohoSzn. I ordered one thing and a day later two transactions were made, unauthorized by me, and I had $100 stolen from my bank account. I’ve filed a police report and let my credit card company know- but I don’t want other people to make the mistake I made

This is my recent discovery and I am pleasantly surprised by this site. They have such fast service and delivery and aaa lot of items to choose from, new but well-loved discovery :)

I had to come over here and make a review! The site looks really nice and the photos also... I made 2 orders for 300 each and everything came to the states in 2 weeks, the sizes are accurate, they say to order one size up and I did and everything fit perfectly, the shipping its free and the quality of the dresses is really good, Im happy that I got cheap prices and good discounts in quality clothes, will keep buying for sure.

I placed an order for a dress i am sure is beautiful over a month ago, i was sent a tracking number 29-11 which did not work. The last week i have been emailing, Facebook messaging and leaving comments on the Facebook page for someone to contact me about re sending my lost order or them attempting to track it where i have been sent automated responses every time. I just tried to write a review on the actual website and it has been reviewed for submitter, makes me think the website might be an actual scam. I was charged from my account in american dollars but the tracking number is from China.

Update: My dress arrived (3 months +), and it looks NOTHING like the dress on the website, completely different SHINY and bold colors, not pastel and cotton. Completely different when i asked for a refund as it was technically completely different material and different color they said i had to pay to ship it back i could have a credit note. Does anyone know how to report an overseas company? these people are frauds and should not be trading.

I also tried to leave a negative review on the website and it never appeared so be warned the ones on there are not real!
