Googled what's the best toilet rolls for someone with a severe medical intimate problem and tiboo was the first to come up. After buying a huge box of them I can honestly say they are the softest, strongest toilet paper I have ever had. No chemicals, no Bleach, just pure bamboo softness and strength. Very happy and will most definatly buy again

Sugar cane loo roll is the way forwards! I’ve been using bamboo from various brands for a while- this is so much softer 😍

Delivery as forecast. Rolls look and feel good....but it did make me realise that in my last order - the first of the 3 ply rolls that I'd ordered, you must have delivered my 2 ply rolls by mistake - the new ones are much bigger. These are sugar cane rolls - so an even better bet than the bamboo rolls given they are made using waste material

The toilet rolls are very good quality and last the 3-4 months between subscription times.
I love the laundry sheets and it feels good not using any plastic or harmful chemicals .
The reusable face wipes are also brilliant!

Excellent toilet paper. Softer than mainstream brands. Fast delivery. Large sheet size compared to other brands. PFA free. On subscription now every 2 months. 3 ply and extra long rolls. Very happy customer. Far superior to conventional toilet rolls.

The product is wonderful and I intend to buy from here for a long time. I wish there was a reminder that the next subscription was on the way with a pause facility option.
I forgot to check in time and now have two boxes at home! So I have had to cancel until I need more.

The ordering and delivery were great. The sustainability is great. Unfortunately the tissues are too small and delicate for me. Not too good if you have a cold.

Found Tiboo recently and love the handwash. Have tried both fragrances and they smell lovely and leave hands feeling really soft. Just started using the lavender tumble dryer sheets and I am really pleased with those too. Will try other products next!

Already have a premium toilet rollsubscription plus kitchen roll just brought the bamboo cleaning cloths I think they are great good large size brought 2 different colours one for bathroom and other colour kitchen ones put in dishwasher for kitchen to clean they do last 6 washes in the dishwasher I'm happy with them

Already had one hand wash dispenser liked it so got another

Great service in terms of website and delivery, really can’t fault it.
I wanted to get some new cloths to replace my very old microfibre ones which I understand aren’t great for the environment but the bamboo clothes I ordered just haven’t quite hit the spot in terms of replacing them. I did take a risk ordering them without seeing them. They won’t be wasted but it will take me forever to get through such a huge amount, and I’m not entirely sure what I will use them for as they’re not substantial enough for me for cleaning the bathroom.

UPDATE Not quite sure why tiboo have replied with a lecture on microfibre, I was just giving an honest review on the clothes in case anyone else wanted to purchase them for the same reasons as me and were disappointed! Dropped my score down to 2 due to the unprofessional, curt reply.

Further update!
I recieved an email offering me a full refund and case of toilet rolls in exchange for removing my review or upping it to 5 stars. When I challenged this and recieved an apology I got an email saying I could have a full refund minus the toilet rolls and they hoped I would change my mind. I was told I would have the refund in a couple of days. 4 working days later and no refund. Apparently my review is punitive and not honest, take from that what you will!!

Have done three orders of Tiboo sugarcane toilet paper. The first box I bought contained rolls that were badly squashed out of shape but the paper was ok, just didn’t look very good. The second box I bought was good but the last batch I bought in April is dreadful. Once you get a third of the way into the roll it sheds lots of loose fibres that are trapped in the roll which fall on the floor and make a mess so the remaining roll has to be binned. Also in a bid to make the paper softer (which there was no need for) the paper sheds a lot of fibrous dust when the sheets are torn off. The reason I bought the sugarcane toilet tissue in the first place was due to the fact that it shed less dust than other toilet paper. Not so this time ... very disappointing.

I love that Tiboo are trying to keep the planet clean.
I've used the makeup pads before, they are much better than the usual ones…and last longer.
I hope Tiboo keep up the good work

I have tried another company and your company's quality far exceeds the other. Also the fact delivery was amazing

I am motivated to reduce my plastic packaging whilst trying to stay cost neutral which is what led me to using foaming soaps, rather than liquid soap, in the first place. I have tried a few different brands before. I am also aware of my carbon footprint, so try to restrict my purchases to UK or UK-based companies and I established that Tiboo is both a UK company and dispatches from the UK, prior to ordering. Do note that foaming soaps require a special dispenser to foam the liquid and not just any bottle with a trigger.

These Tiboo refills are a shade cheaper than most of the other brands available with an individual tab just under one pound (based on the largest pack available comprising 24 tablets - 2 in each sachet - without a subscription discount, but benefitting from free postage within the UK).

The refill tablets arrived promptly, appear to have only modest, recyclable packaging and perform much the same as other brands. However, they were described as Zingy Grapefruit, but appear fairly odourless and the solution is blue, although I have never come across a blue citrus fruit before! This is why I have rated them with 3.5 and not 5 stars. It would have been nice to have had a free sample of the Coconilla, as I can only guess what the colour and scent will be and may not want 18 or 24 refills were these attributes to be a surprise too! I am as likely to try another brand next time, as not, however, this experience has brought to my attention that Tiboo offers a wide range of eco-friendly products which I am minded to try too.
