Very helpful and responsive company with a great range of high quality herbal products at competitive prices. Delivery is usually fast. Rarely any problems but once when there was an issue with a slow delivery, I let them know and they put it right straight away.

Once again your appalling courier (DHL)…
Once again your appalling courier (DHL) has messed me about. On several previous occasions they have left a delivery of your products (worth several 100 pounds) on my doorstep without ringing/knocking. This time they have delayed the delivery date twice. I love your products, but am seriously considering refraining form ordering from you again because of the gross incompetence of your chosen courier.

As said on the phone, we can happily change your courier to Royal Mail if you would prefer. Just make sure to ring us before placing an order so we can adjust your courier price. It would be a shame to loose such a valued customer.

Super quality and very responsive
This is my second time purchasing from Herbal Apothecary and once again I’m very impressed. They were very responsive on queries prior to my ordering and quick to get back on deliver and tracking queries. The herbs are super quality and great value. My only issue is the cost of shipping to Ireland but that’s my problem and not theirs!
