Absolutely First class. I had my reservations after reading so many negative reviews but this company was 100% spot on from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future

Very poor indeed

Took me three days to finally manage to get tickets. The site is appalling and goes round in circles. Very frustrating. The trouble is that it was the only option.

Appalling service

Ordered tickets that didn't arrive. Had to wait 40mins to get through on phone (employ more staff!!!). Call centre noisy and staff have a bad attitude on the phone. Told tickets emailed again. They weren't! Useless!!

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!

What a BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I recently purchased two GOLD VIP Tickets for the Arenacross Tour at the Manchester Arena. I had received the confirmation email from the Ticket Factory including an Order Tracking Reference. On the 18th December 2016 I checked where my tickets were and they had already been dispatched. The estimated delivery date was on the 20th December 2016, however the tickets never arrived and i had to make several phone calls to the Ticket Factory Customer Team to find out what happened to my tickets, unfortunately four times different phone call with four different people and none of them was able to help me resolve my issue...even in their terms & conditions it says if a customer has not received the tickets 5 working days before the event date to call on 0333 300 3010. So really what is the point to call and spend time and money for phone calls if the Ticket Factory Customer Team are not able to help!!!! The best part was when one of the Ticket Factory Customer Team told me that she is the only advisor working therefore she cannot help me and she can only advise that I will have to call the Arena to find out where the tickets are. Excuse me?? DEAR PEOPLE BE AWARE IF YOU PURCHASE THE TICKETS FROM THE TICKET FACTORY (e.g. CONCERT FOR BEYONCE...MAKE SURE PLEASE YOU GOT HER TELEPHONE NUMBER SO YOU CAN CHASE HER FOR THE TICKETS AS THE TICKET FACTORY IS UNABLE TO HELP YOU!!!!

The time, stress and effort I have spent in trying to find out where these tickets are and the amount of money I have spent waiting on their ridiculously long phone line is completely unacceptable and outrageous!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!

And the Ticket Factory reaction for my complaint...they are very sorry...NO I AM VERY SORRY that i have purchased the tickets through the Ticket Factory!

No answer

I have just waited twice listening to the hold music. First time nearly 7 mins and second time just over 15 mins. They don't pay for the calls we do and I got nothing resolved. Just wanted a simple question answering. They should not advertise as 24hrs if no one answers!!

If I could give a zero I would . A very poor company that does not respond to emails or telephone calls

Tried to go to the Rebecca Ferguson concert in Birmingham.

First tour was cancelled and the 2nd time the artist could not be bothered to turn up on time as the One show was more important than paying fans. We waited until 21.40 but she still had not shown up so decided we would ask for a refund and gave our names to the ticket office. We were advised that someone would contact us but no one has. Called Ticket factory and the message was "call would be answered in 15mins". 60 mins later still ringing out and they are charging you to sit on the line. Also emailed and advised response would be in 48 hours. No response.

Would I buy tickets from Ticket factory again ..... NOT A CHANCE

AVOID and buy tickets from the venue or other outlets

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I ordered tickets for the 2016 cycle show and they sent an email confirmation. In the email it said e-tickets would be sent closer to the date of the show. Never heard anything.

Getting a bit concerned a couple of days before, I checked the order status and this said they'd been sent, although didn't say when.

It transpires that the e-tickets were attached to the confirmation email, below a load of adverts for parking, food venues etc. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

As a final point, it didn't say anywhere in there email or on the tickets whether they needed to be printed. Was hoping to just present them on a phone but didn't take the chance and printed them instead.

Rang them out of hours and left a message on their answer phone but haven't had a call back yet.

I will avoid this company wherever possible in future.

Rubbish Company

What an absolute rubbish company. Having ordered tickets for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, for May 27, I still have not received the tickets and all their staff kept saying was that, "Royal Mail lost them." I paid the delivery fee specifically, so that I can get the tickets, and now with the tickets lost, there is no alternative, except to queue at the Chelsea Flower show box office with my order number and credit card, so that tickets will be delivered there. I asked for pdfs so that I can print them out, and was told, they don't do that. Their website is absolute rubbish with the status that the tickets are on the way, and it also mentions to not call until 2 weeks before the event. Had I known that the website was rubbish, I would've called in April to declare my tickets lost and new ones issued to me, but now with the event only a week away, I've paid for something that we must now queue for at the Chelsea Flower show boxoffice, where the replacement tickets are "supposed to be". This company leaves zero confidence in my order and I will do whatever to avoid ordering tickets from this company at all costs in the future.

about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike

what an absolute shambles the ticket factory are, ordered my tickets for the chelsea flower show in jan 2016, email confirmation states tickets will be sent 4-8wks before the show on 25th may 2016, 15 days away from the show and nothing has arrived. After spending over 20mins listening to the most awful repeating music on hold i get told they were sent around the time i moved house and must be in the redirection service i have set up, cobblers, all other mail seems to be making its way through the redirection. they are unable to send duplicate tickets, or an e-ticket that i could print out myself, but suggest that i print out the confirmation email and they should be able to print the tickets when i get to the show. If i track my order their site states that my tickets are being printed and will be posted within 5 days, but its been saying that for over 2 weeks now. If i decide to visit any other RHS shows and my only option is to purchase tickets through the ticket factory i think i'll probably give it a miss. it also costs over 25p per min if you call the 0333 number, and over 10p per min if you call the 0844 number, wonder how much of the £2.50 it cot me to phone them they get as a kick back for running such a sloppy service.

Tickets received but not ordered!

If you have recently paid for 47 tickets to the Chelsea flower show please get in touch with the ticket factory about your order. I have just been sent said 47 tickets to an old company address that stopped trading 7 years ago. When I contacted the number on the tickets - the ticket factory - I was eventually told to destroy the tickets and that the order would be cancelled - I'm sure they believed that it was me that placed the order even though it was from a card I don't own or have ever owned. They concluded that it must have been a mix up with the addresses. It sounded as though they have no way of contacting the person who did actually order them as my name address is the attached to the order. Needless to say 47 people are probably expecting to receive tickets so please get in touch with them if you think it might be you. Reading down through the reviews this might explain why some people have never received their tickets.

How not to do Customer Service

If tickets arrive your probably OK but if they don't the customer service is the worst you will ever experience and the insurance is a waste of time, they don't even know what it covers. Try to buy tickets direct from the venue not an agent.

Tickets never arrived - terrible customer services response

I purchased tickets but they never arrived. I phoned the customer services and waited ONE HOUR on the phone with terrible music. All they said was the tickets had been sent. Very unhelpful - when I asked for them to be re-sent they refused and said I would have to pick up from box office on the night. Got there - no tickets - had to buy more at £15 extra each. Have been trying to get a response/apology/refund but nothing. Never respond to emails and won't sort anything out on the phone.
For a major company making thousands of pounds the customer services is terrible.

Rip off greedy company with no customer services

They charge you for the privalege of receiving your tickets in the post, they have your money sometimes months in advance, they do not employ anyone to answer the phones, just keep you hanging on at 7p per minute listening to the same track of music, why are they still in business I could do a better job myself and not be as greedy. Still haven t received tickets and the show started yesterday and is on for another 7 days, Joke of a company try not to use if possible they do not listen to critism they are just another bunch of corrupt overpaid greedy organisers that cannot even organise posting a piece of paper out or answering a phone call.

Awful - Do NOT Touch.....

Terrible website - not intuitive at all. Wouldn't accept my user name / password, and then wanted me to call an expensive call centre to sort it out! Being a RHS member I wasn't going to be charged an admin fee, BUT they had that covered by charging a Fulfilment Fee, which is very ironic as I was anything but! I shan't bother using them again, and will advise all companies I come across that I have no intention of paying an 'admin' or 'fulfilment' charge - one big rip off.....

Ticket Factory

Terrible experience. Concert is 26/6/2015
Today is 18/6/2015
Just spent 20 minutes on the phone in a queue and finally the lady was not able to tell me if and when they had gone out. Just said DX would have left a card if noone was in. We did not get a card.
Will never use again

Everything takes so much time - book a year in advance with this lot!

I was asked to order a large number of clothes show tickets for work and advised to use this company as we had agreed a reduced rate with them.

Unfortunately there were issues from the off - it took a really long time for anyone to answer the phone and there were occasions where I was on the phone on hold for 20 mins plus.

When I did eventually get through, it took quite a bit of explaining about the reduced rate and the girl I spoke to said she would need to get someone else to set up the order with this price.

Cue one week of waiting (3 chasing phone calls and finally the order was set up and paid for) brilliant, all sorted. So I thought.

Waited three days, 4 tickets out of 50 PAIRS turned up.

Back on the phone - assured tickets would be in the post by midweek. When I asked why only 4 had turned up, she said I don't know I didn't send the order so I've no (oh sorry wouldn't have gone a miss by the way).

Not feeling to use them again in the future! Would basically say if you like chasing and waiting these guys can promise plenty of that.

Ripped Off

Disgusted with extortionate charges. Ordered 4 £50 tickets for Cirque de Soleil at NIA. Single transaction, but ripped off for 10% on each ticket, then they had the nerve to add a transaction charge. Will try to avoid dealing with these people again and will warn all and sundry against using their "services". Copying this message to NIA, my MP, consumer organisations and anyone else I can think of. Given one star, as the tickets did turn up.

Ticker purchase

Tickets were ordered for an event from ticket factory via teh event organisers site. The process was very clear and quick. Tickets were ordered and there was good response to status of order. Tickets arrived in plenty of time for the event.
