well organized

The meeting with the host was well organized. At the bistro, there are two counters where a staff member prints your ticket based on the reservation and answers any questions you may have. The host arrived on time and clearly explained how the entry to Topkapi would work and where he would leave us.

I recommend arriving right at 9:15 a.m.—later on, Topkapi gets extremely crowded. In general, tickets for foreigners are about three times more expensive than for Turkish citizens, and the skip-the-line option with a host is even more expensive, but it is worth the price.

However, the audioguide doesn’t work very well inside due to poor signal. Next time, I would probably choose a live guide instead.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I purchased 2 tickets advertised at €20 each, expecting to pay €40, but ended up being charged €70. While they claim it includes service fees, this was not clearly and transparently communicated during the booking process.

The platform presentation is also misleading, as it gives the impression of being an official ticket provider. No refund or partial compensation was offered. I would strongly recommend buying tickets directly from official sources.

Long wait time/response

It’s a little bit misleading with the booking, you don’t get the tickets immediately. You put a reservation request and then you have to wait. We booked the tickets at 11:40 and received them around 12:18. Our time slot was 12:00. We had the feeling that we got almost scammed! I would say if it isn’t possible to book a time slot on the official website of Park Güll, it’s definitely worth to book them through here, but I definitely recommend to book it on the official one. And if you do book here, please keep in mind that it takes quite a lot to receive them.

I’d put 0 stars if I could

So, I never got the tickets after I checked both junk and spam. I never got a reply also after asking for my tickets. Please don’t waste your money on this platform. Also don’t believe when they say “we will solve your issue, please address to us”, they will not. They will reply with an email saying that they don’t do refunds because it’s their policy :)))

Gorgeous..

Gorgeous... highly recommend to see and booking online beforehand was very easy. (Booked 30 mins before arriving and tickets arrived in time but please be aware that they advise tickets may not send to you in time during peak season so book more in advance)

So annoying I fell for this scam

So annoying I fell for this scam. Website says it is the official Uffizi website but after purchase goes through you realise it's TicketGo Tourism reselling official tickets at a 25% mark up for nothing. Total con artists. I am going to complain to the Italian Competition Authority and the European Consumer Centre.

EDIT: if you weren't trying to scam people, you wouldn't have placed the disclaimer about not being authorised by the gallery in such small type right at the very bottom of the page. I have no problem with resellers when they don't trick people into using them. But now at least I know to make a point of avoiding your company in future travel.

I felt fooled

I thought I was buying tickets from the original source, but Ticket Go is one of those websites that pretend to be original, but sell the tickets for a more expensive value.
The tickets work. I was just frustrated as I felt fooled.
It is not possible to cancel them.

Prebook a ticket on their official website and once you are there make sure you are in the correct area line,according to your time.

Tickets for Park Güell delivered late, merchant refusing refund

Total disaster. I bought tickets for Park Güell at 11:33 AM for a 12:00 PM slot. The tickets arrived via email at 12:19 PM—after the entry time had already started! Because they failed to deliver on time, I had to buy new tickets at the venue.

When I asked for a refund, they refused and gave me an absurd excuse about COVID-19 rules. This is a misleading commercial practice. I have already filed a formal dispute through my Swiss Mastercard Gold (Viseca/ZKB) and a complaint with ECC Estonia.

AVOID THIS SITE. They are unreliable resellers who don't care about their customers' schedules

What a beautiful day in a beautiful…

What a beautiful day in a beautiful garden setting.
I was able to use a wheelchair to get to the top gardens. This was an unexpected service that I truly appreciated as my son was visiting us and I wanted him to have the whole Gaudi experience.

Thank you to all the staffers who offered us kindness.

We will return again with different friends as we continue to live in Barcelona.
