Ticket delivered AFTER deadline

Booked a ticket at 11.0å with Entrance at 11.30.
Company only send reservation, no ticket, and no customer service replies when i tried to contact them 11.30.

Ticket arrives 11.50 and I was denied acces because of missed appearance at time.

Company denies responsibility and will not refund.

Complete ticket scam

We bought two tickets from this website for the Basilica in Budapest. For 2 tickets we paid £36 and the description clearly stated: “complete Basilica experience with access to the church interior and panoramic dome terrace.”

However, when we received the tickets, they only allowed access to part of the complex and did NOT include entry to the church interior, which was specifically promised in the description. When we went to the entrance, we were turned away because the tickets were not valid for the church.

After that we went to the official ticket office and explained the situation. They told us that they do not cooperate with this website and that they are already aware of problems with this reseller. From what they explained, it looks like the website sells tickets as if they are the full Basilica experience, but actually provides partial-access tickets, keeping the price difference.

When we contacted customer support and asked for a refund, they tried to argue that we received the tickets and therefore could not prove we didn’t use them. Every time we mentioned that the ticket description did not match what we actually received, our messages were ignored. Eventually, when we kept insisting on a refund, they simply blocked the chat.

This is extremely misleading and dishonest.

Please do not buy tickets from this website. Buy tickets only from the official ticket office or official sellers to avoid losing your money.

Our experience was very negative, and we want other people to be aware of this before they make the same mistake.

Ticket Go Tourism (christredeemertickets.com) is 100% Scam!

This Estonia-based travel and tourism company is clearly a scam. They create websites such as christredeemertickets.com that are designed to make people believe they are purchasing tickets through an official source. Unfortunately, I fell for this trap and bought two tickets to visit Cristo Redentor.

After completing the purchase, I received an email stating that the selected time slot was no longer available and that I needed to contact cristo-redentor[at]ticketgotourism.com
to rebook. However, when I tried to send an email to that address, it bounced back because the address did not exist.

I then contacted info[at]ticketgotourism.com
to request a refund but never received a response. Out of curiosity, I sent another email to the same address asking about purchasing two tickets to the Palace of Versailles, and I received an immediate reply. This clearly shows that they are willing to respond when you want to spend money, but ignore you when you request a refund.

Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase tickets through this platform. Even if you were to receive valid tickets, they will likely cost more than buying directly through the official channels.

Scam. Do not trust

They charge you way more than in the official site and nowhere point it out, and they don’t allow cancellation or refunds, so you end up losing money. Scams like this should be prohibited everywhere. It astonishes me Europe has no law to protect customers about this

Ticket GO is a scam

Ticket go is essentially a scam. They are an unauthorised reseller of tickets who charge way above the actual value of the tickets and some are entirely miss-sold.

I purchased tickets for Budapest Basilica, for the church and the dome/viewing area. This is clear on the website, but I was only sent a ticket for the viewing area. The ticket office at the Basilica confirmed that Ticket GO are an illegal reseller of tickets and that they are trying to have them shutdown.

They intentionally make their website look like the official website and even the contact email address on the website is not genuine (emails bounce back).

Just do not use them ever. They’re a scam and you will be ripped off.

This website is a scam.

This website is a scam.
I booked 4 tickets for Palace of Versailles a day before my family go there which is Feb 14th,2026 I paid money and received an confirmation email.
But next morning, this website emailed me that informed me that the tickets were actually sold out. Then, they offered me tickets for Feb 15th,but my family wasn't available that day cuz we had to fly out to Rome. So I emailed them to request refund, but they didn't reply me at all.

We booked tickets for the Seine river…

We booked tickets for the Seine river tour in Paris, but unfortunately we couldn’t attend because the river was flooding that day and the tours were affected.

The main issue is not the situation itself, we understand that weather and river conditions can happen, but the complete lack of communication from the agency. We were never warned in advance about the flooding or the potential cancellation.

Even more frustrating, we have been emailing them for over a week to request information about a refund, and we still haven’t received any response.

Very disappointing customer service. At the very least, we expected clear communication and assistance after the issue.

1 star but just because less is not…

1 star but just because less is not possible!
I was denied entry to the site because the QR code provided was flagged as "already used" by the official turnstiles.
Despite my immediate attempts to resolve the issue with three different
staff members on-site, I was forced to leave without accessing the monument of Agia Sophia in Istanbul.
I immediately contacted TicketGo customer service via email, because they don't have ant phone contact, and when they answered they asked me to provide a proof that I couldn't get in. Of course I couldn't do it.
As per their answer to my request to have a refund, they stated that "modifications, cancellations, and refunds are unfortunately not possible once a booking has been completed. This policy helps us ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.

That being said, since the service was correctly provided, we are unable to issue a partial or full refund in this case. We do understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we genuinely regret any frustration this may cause."

Don't book on this website, you will only lose money!
