We have booked access and audio guide to Pantheon in Rome for 12 €/people (normal ticket is 5€) and when we arrived no audio guide available. Only a QR code to download paying other 3€

The museum is beautiful and the staff was very kind with my 76 years old dad. We were able to take the lift wich was very helpful. I highly recomend it.

Buying online won’t save you
Buying the tickets online is not the issue. The fact is that is basically useless. You purchase a specific time slot, but doesn’t meant you don’t have to stay on line if there is a long queue as it happened to us. I am sorry to say but Galleria Uffizi is very poorly organized

Scam company
I would stay clear if I were you. They put up a fake website for the Pantheon and sold me tickets for a day on which the Pantheon was closed. Then they wouldn’t refund me the tickets or even admit that they were closed that day. They also pose as ”Pantheon affiliated” in their emails. On top of all that they also add 7 euros for themselves on a 5 euro ticket. All in all a scammer company. Wouldn’t recommend :))

It was as an architectural marvel when it was built aprox 100AD & it still is. The occulus at the peak perfectly balances the weight of the entire roof. Also the statues are amazing and marble floor is also impressive.

Scam - costs 6€ more than the actual ticket…
Costs 6€ more than the actual ticket for entrance which is quite a leap! Actual tickets are €29 and they charge €35. Also was unable to go and company did not even attempt to help, we weren't expecting a refund but at least a change in ticket date or time. Very bad experience, do not recommend.

Overcharged for tickets that I could have bought from the official website
I paid 8 euros more for tickets that cost 30 euros each. This felt like a scam. When I realised my mistake and tried to cancel they said it was too late.
