Service in bad faith
Folks, NEVER buy a ticket through TICKET GO. You will pay almost triple the price, due to their mediation fees, and will have no rights.
They are mediators and will charge you abusive commissions to issue you a ticket for any attraction. Their Christ Redeemer website even looks like an official Christ Redeemer website (URL, pictures, multiple languages...). Nowhere it says clearly it is an intermediator. They do everything in the "fine prints".
You are led to make a mistake. They make you believe you are in the official website. It's all hidden behind their "terms and conditions" hyperlink. Nowhere else is clear. If you don't click on it, you won't be able to see these conditions. They are hidden there on purpose.
Their algorithm is also very good. Placing them on the top of google search when you're looking for Christ Redeemer tickets.
Basically, they invested in a great SEO so they can appear first, make their website look authentic so you think you're doing it through the official website, make it as hard as possible for you to read their real terms and conditions, and then charge you triple for the "service" they provided.
No cancellations, no refunds, no change on tickets time.
All you're gonna get is "it's in our terms and conditions". Yes, pretty sure they are. Just nowhere else to be found or for you to suspect you're not in the official website.
Basically you pay this fee for nothing. Just to make their pockets full. Clearly operating in bad faith to take money out of you.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service, paid for tickets received late very embarrassing standing in line holding everyone up so had to buy more tickets there and did not receive a refund for these purchased. For the reply below I have contacted the company who state it is non refundable i understand that but if the tickets have arrived after the time of entry that is a scam.

It’s a scam! I thought i was buying from the offical site. I paid 103 euros for 2 adult and 2 children tickets for park Guell. At the end it was justs tickets for park Guell which would have cost me on the offical site no more than 63€. To avoid at all costs

Amazing views inside and out
Incredible place to visit and not to be missed on your Catalonian trip. Very busy during the summer and definitely advise booking ahead to save queuing or disappointment. Staff very helpful and allow yourself at least 3 to 4 hours to see everything.

We weren’t confident we would be able to get tickets but as it was online tickets only at the gate and the official website wasn’t working we tried TicketGo. We received our tickets in about 20mins via email and entry was smooth.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I purchased tickets for the Jerónimos Monastery and, after realizing I had selected the wrong date, I contacted TicketGo immediately to request a simple change of date.
Despite contacting them promptly, they refused to modify the booking. As a result, I could not use the tickets and lost the money I had paid.
I also paid more through TicketGo than the price available on the official website because of their additional fees.
I expected much better customer service from an intermediary, especially when I contacted them immediately after making the mistake. I would not use TicketGo again and would strongly recommend buying tickets directly from the official website.
