The process was easy and I was able to complete the purchase with no issues. I appreciate the fact that the fees are now included in the price I see when purchasing, not added on.
I still feel that the fees are excessive for the purchase price.

Purchased tickets for a venue out of state - also prearranged parking and a hotel for the event. Everything was set up / went according to plan with no complications. Most convenient!

It was a great show.

I just want to buy entry tickets to the event at the arena. Ticketmaster online wants all my personal information, face ID, full name, email, phone number, address, finger print, dna sample, stool sample, ssn, bank info, birth certificate and a signed power of attorney giving them full control of my life.
So i called ticket master customer service telling them i don’t want to give out all my personal info. My name, email should be enough. I just want to give them money in a one time exchange for some entry tickets. They said they can’t sell tickets to people who don’t have phones and phone number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that’s against their policy. I asked to speak to her boss and she said that’s against their policy. I asked to speak to the person sitting next to her and she said that was against their policy. I asked them why they are prejudice against people who don’t have phones and they said answering that is against their policy. I asked why they can sell me tickets at the gate with out all my personal info but not over the phone or online and she said answering that is against their policy.
Let’s all do what we can to protect our identity and personal info. . Let’s put ticket master out of business. We need a better company selling event tickets. A company that cares about its customers and their help protect our ID from being stolen when their system gets hacked.

Had a great concert that only Bruce can give you. We came early which made things easier. I'm not well experienced in electronics but the procedure to keep tickets on my phone was great. Had pretty good seats. The only thing that would have made it better was I didn't realize there were companies who buy parking tickets and than resell them so I bought the first ones I saw and paid too much for the parking.

Great movie - The Wizard of Oz - Great Venue - no bad seats - even on 7th floor!! Immersive experience with heartwarming takeaway - loved it all!!

Waited for two hours in a queue just to be kicked out on slight computer lock, its 2026 why on earth can’t your placement in queue not be saved for say 5-10 min so if you have an issue you’re not completely screwed. Went to the back of the line and was unable to get tickets

Sunn O))) was one of the best shows I’ve ever attended. There is nothing like them and while it was epic, one time is enough. The sound was so loud even the earplugs could not hold back the brutal volume. There were moments when the sound penetrated my organs. It was unreal. The good news is I can replicate some of the punishing volume at home in the music room.

Courteous and efficient staff helped process tickets, secure phones, and finds seats. The Palace really is the best venue in Louisville.

Easy access and will purchase with Ticketmaster again.

I worried about the tickets not being readable at the door and the charge on my phone. This method of ticketing was very stressful. The increased cost of the tickets was unpleasant!

I understand TM IS providing a service that DOES cost resources to provide. However, I think your service charges are outrageous. It is more like extortion than charging for a service provided.....

It was fun and pretty hilarious

Ticketmaster needs to have a provision that purchasers can use downloaded and printed paper tickets for concerts instead of having all tickets stored in and obtained from a cell phone. I had difficulty in installing the Ticketmaster app on my phone and had to have my friend use her cell phone for us to have access to tickets. And if a phone may possibly lose cell service or stops working, then undue frustration, problems and delays may occur. Please give ticket purchasers an option to use paper tickets. Thank you.

Ticketmaster made it easy with regards to the tickets and entering the venue

Cardi was Amazing however CFG ARENA dropped the ball I stood in line from 7:45pm - 9:25 pm that was ridiculous I missed most of the show this has been the worst experience of line waiting to get in thank God Cardi put on a great show unfortunately we couldn’t get the full experience due to wait time

Your charges are too high. But the event was great 👍
