No notification
The concert itself was great once we arrived at the right place, as we got no notification that the location had changed and we found ourselves wondering in the dark in the middle of nowhere . Had it not been for other people that had a car and also didn’t get any notification about the location we wouldn’t have attended.
The show was good but information about venue change missing
The show was good but I missed the information about the change in the venue. I wasted more than one hour at "Poolen" since there was no written information there about the change in the venue. So I missed the VIP event and that I regret.
I would request you to address the heading of the mail in a different way when it comes to such an important change in the event. For example: "Loreen show venue change " instead of "Important practical information about your loreen VIP sound check...." and the mail was totally misleading. Thanks.

K-pop concerts
Getting tickets to K-pop concerts is stressful. By making it easier to get in to choose your seats at a pre sale instead of just recommended best seats. Especially since if you're not happy with the seats and you search again the risk is high of being thrown out and will have to begin queuing again. It would also be appreciated if prices were announced at least a couple of weeks before tickets go on sale so we know what to expect. Also the mail with information regarding the event could be sent out earlier, especially regarding VIP tickets as a lot of us need to plan travel and accommodation as well when going to concerts. That said, the event itself was amazing and I'm hoping to see more K-pop concerts in Copenhagen in the near future.

Unable to buy tickets because they refuse to show the seating for an upcoming event. I presume they do this, because they want people to blindly buy tickets without showing them, where it's located. This is an amazing crooked way to do business, just because you need to sell lesser popular seating, when all the popular is taken.

No tickets to Sabrina bc of Ticketmaster
Paid for sabrina carpenter tickets and the order didn’t go through bc of Ticketmaster’s site ( the money had been taken from my account) resulting in me not getting the tickets as they were already sold out! Terrible site, if you can’t handle the pressure maybe redesign the system!

Sadly I got really sick and I tried to sell the ticket but it didn't get sold. And because I got sick I couldn't attend the concert.
I bought the program ticket in August…
I bought the program ticket in August and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately I couldn't come because I had a serious cold. Ticketmaster said they couldn't give me a gift card or a refund for the ticket. The number I called yesterday (again the ticketmaster number) repeated the same thing, saying I could sell the ticket to someone else (how could I find that energy when I was sick!) or call Svendborg Teater and ask. I called, didn't get an answer and sent an e-mail to the e-mail address they gave me explaining my situation. I didn't get any answer. Issue is not 400 dk the issue is; I can't understand the lack of understanding for my illness!

Totally unhelpful
I was forced into creating a password to cover all my accounts and as part of the process I had to enter my mobile number and wait for a code. I have tried dozens of times and no code ever appears. I now cannot get access to my account and my tickets. Customer Service is appalling so I am stuck. No easy way to get help.
