Ticketmasters hjemmeside er meget bureaukratisk. Jeg brugte 5 dage på at få afvist mine oplysninger. Jeg har anvendt flere timer på nytteløse forsøg på verifikation. Verifikation er vigtigt, fordi ellers nægter Ticketmaster at udbetale pengene for dit resale til din konto.

Ring i stedet på deres telefon 38481630 mellem kl. 10:00 - 16:30. Bed dem om at guide dig igennem verifikation via Ticketmaster.dk på din profil med dit NemID. Det tager kun omkring 5 minutter. Så telefonkøen på 15-20 minutter er godt givet ud i stedet for at bruge flere dage på verifikation.

Ticketmaster's website is very bureaucratic. I spent 5 days having my information rejected. I wasted several hours on futile attempts at verification. Verification is crucial, as Ticketmaster will refuse to transfer the resale funds to your account without it.

Instead, call their phone line at +45 38481630 between 10:00 and 16:30. Ask them to guide you through the verification process via Ticketmaster.dk using your NemID. It only takes about 5 minutes, so the 15-20 minute phone queue is well worth it compared to spending several days on verification.

Good band, bad venue. They don’t make their guests feel welcome, they let them in the dark for 20 min in between acts, sound wasn’t that good even though I’ve seen the band and know they are good.

Do you live there in 2005, or are you f*****? How could an event like International 2024 be entrusted with ticket sales to such a ***** website? Where the language cannot be changed to English is banal. We tried to sell our tickets and couldn't register. There is no normal instruction anywhere. And after filling in all 100,500 data, a window appeared that the verification would be performed within 2-3 days. Delete the Internet, you don't need it with such a site

Had a hard time finding how to refund, so when I finally found it, it was too late ... why having separate sites for different countries? So confusing.

Bought tickets for Thursday o’day to see the bless Madonna and she cancelled last minute and no explanations or justifications. Festival was good for one day but not what I expected

God koncert, godt sted (bistro nr 2, Gilleleje), god mad og godt vejr - what more to like !!

Very bad sound quality at the Ne-yo concert, it seems that the sound was to high for the speakers, very disturbing on the high notes of the music, disappointing..

It would be useful to be able to print the ticket for security and the application is not available in all countries

I went back to the nineties again, not because of the show, but because of their "support" system. They move your seats to a random, worse one, and when you try to get a similar one, they charge you the difference. They take forever to respond to complaints from the app, and you simply get a "call us" email as an answer. Unfortunately, it was not the first time I had a bad experience with them; I'll try to avoid them in the future, even if it means not going to the concert at all.
