I keep forgetting my login details…

I keep forgetting my login details constantly and within a few minutes they sort it out for me and I get a reminder when a payment is due and when they take the payment I get an email confirming my payment. Very easy

Friendly and Efficient!

I had a query via email and this was responded to within the same morning, only about 2 hours off the top of my head.
My query did require me to phone TicketQuarter and my call was answered swiftly (no queue). I spoke with Jack who handled my query within a matter of minutes. He was friendly and efficient, which is something I have also experienced in the past when contacting TicketQuarter.

Had a mix up with the booking site…

Had a mix up with the booking site and managed to book tickets for a completely wrong city. Called immediately, was asked by the cheerful chap on the phone to send an email with full details and they would see what they can do at Customer Services. After a couple of emails forward and backwards to verify and confirm preferences, the tickets were moved swiftly and confirmed at the right event. Can’t thank you enough.

Changing seats

We visited the box office to change our seats and the attendant Jack was very helpful in doing so. This was after the customer service team recommended our course of action, they also were quick to reply and very helpful.

We were given tickets as a Christmas…

We were given tickets as a Christmas present and I had queries on the access to the venue. I sent an email to Customer Services, who answered the very next day. They told me what I needed to know and put my mind at rest. Great service
