Don't buy tickets here! We bought two tickets for the hungarian race. These seats didn't exist, the numbering was wrong. Despite our notification we didn't get a refund!

Worst place to buy a ticket for the GP.
They’re just resellers dressed up as an “official ticket provider” Trust the other reviews. Just buy directly from ticketmaster instead. I lost out on £300+ as they didn’t send out the tickets until last minute (once I’d bought replacements) said I’d have them 5 days prior, i’d asked to cancel and have a refund. I bought others through ticketmaster as travel arrangements had been made and needed to make sure I had tickets. Recieved a email link 2 days before event not sure if it would’ve worked. As they gave me a dodgy link to access the tickets initially, which didn’t work another reason I bought the cheaper ones from ticketmaster which I could access instantly. No way of getting refund even my credit card company couldn’t help.
Save your money.

I am still waiting on a refund from the MotoGp Valencia (November 2024) Cancelled race.

15 email later and they are not even responding to me anymore are a series of excuses for not giving me a refund.

Then stating I had been refunded when I have not. I have even confirmed this with the bank.

i am sure there a many people out of pocket due to cancelled races.

Absolute cowboys

I purchased a ticket from this supplier, as they are connected to the official MotoGP website; that was a big mistake. I bought a grand stand ticket which I selected on the menu, paid with a credit card, and waited (I received an invoice by email). Two days before the event started I called them to inquire about the ticket, they said they were running a bit late, but my ticket would be sent to me the same day, I also received a case number, and an email that confirmed my ticket would be issued in the next 24 hours. Nothing came in, and I had to call again several times. I finally received an email where they apologized and said the ticket I had purchased was no longer available, so they sent me a general admission ticket and said they would reimburse the difference (that was already Friday night on the race weekend). I told them I never agreed to receive a general admission ticket and wanted a refund; they flatly refused , saying it's not their fault. I was already at the race, so I went to the local event organizer to plead my case and try to find a resolution. I would highly recommend that people find other alternatives to purchase their tickets online, this one is definitely not a good one. Now my only option is to lodge a dispute with the credit card company.
