My feedback after 7 months of hosting events

I never leave reviews, but I had to do it for Ticketsource. As an event organizer who's been using it for the past 7 months organizing several events every week, it's been a great experience so far.

The breadth of features is extremely convenient : the ability to embed URLs is amazing for WhatsApp group communication, the refund system removes the headaches of having to cancel paid events, the ability to customize the confirmation email after ticket purchase, little to no bugs...the list goes on.

The interface itself can seem a bit old-fashioned at first, but once you get used to it you can fully appreciate how customisable your events are. I also particularly appreciate how responsive and understanding the Support team is. It’s so rare it has to be emphasized! Pop them a message, and they usually reply within an hour, and they always efficiently answer whatever query/issue you’re facing.

There are certainly some things I would change (the interface is a bit clunky at times ; the fact that saving an event, after edits, brings you back to the event menu for example, slows down the process) and features I wish would be added in the future (changing languages per event, ticket bundles that apply to multiple events, to name a few).

But as it stands, you’re getting a powerful, reliable and highly functional ticketing system, that (in my experience having tested many other similar platforms) might just be the best in the market.

Brilliant ticket site

Brilliant ticket site! I have used it a lot for local event tickets, and it's very easy to use, quick, and effective. I just had to contact their support, and they have excellent service—all sorted with a quick email! Brilliant.

Help from a real person

Being able to get help from a real person is a deal-breaker for me with using TicketSource. I know there is lots of online help, and I do use it as much as I can, but sometimes you can't find the answer to a very specific question and then a human being who knows the system is so useful and reassuring!

Tickets refunded promptly.

I asked for help getting g a refund on a concert that was cancelled. They were helpful and efficient in their response, and have quickly arranged a full refund, with no lengthy waiting process. Very pleased with the service.
