Excellent Customer Service

I had to contact ticketsource due to an issue with receiving my tickets by email for a performance that was scheduled for that evening (my fault not theirs - incorrect email entered) I received an email from Matt within an hour of sending the message confirming the booking and sending my tickets to my corrected email address. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service, preventing a parenting crisis! Couldn't locate tickets in emails for the school Christmas show, but Dale swiftly sorted it all quickly and efficiently. Never had an issue with Ticketsource, always easy and straightforward to use.

Very difficult to get tickets!

After trying to buy two tickets online for Llandaff Cathedral's Nine Lessons and Carols, I was held in their 'waiting room' for twenty minutes. I was 566th in the queue!
After forty minutes I was informed that the tickets were 'sold out'. They then said I could join a waiting list. After several attempts and being repeatedly told there were no more tickets, I managed to get two!!
It was a very frustrating hour. Badly organised. Obviously the initial information that the tickets had sold out was completely wrong!

I am sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced during your recent booking attempt, although I am pleased to hear that you were ultimately able to secure tickets.

For popular events where demand exceeds availability, a waiting room is used to manage customer traffic and ensure a smoother online booking experience. When tickets are added to a basket, customers are given up to 20 minutes to complete their booking. If the booking is not completed within this time, the tickets are automatically released back into general sale.

During the initial on sale period, the event capacity was reached, which is why the event appeared as sold out and the waiting list was activated. It is likely that once the 20 minute holding period expired, a small number of uncompleted baskets were released back into sale, allowing you to successfully purchase tickets during that window.

Although we appreciate it must have been a frustrating experience, the system was working as designed, and we would appreciate it if you would consider amending your review based on this information.
