When you buy a ticket via Ticket Tailor, your money gets sent to the event organiser directly, We never see or touch ticket money, and can't issue refunds.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE !!! USELESS

Bought tickets through this company for a show to see John Terry last Nov for my fathers birthday . Got emailed by the selle4 to say it was cancelled and would be rescheduled . Havent heard from them again in 7 months !! And Tickettailor just said WE DO NOT ASSIST TICKET BUYERS , ONLY SELLERS ! . So they allow scam/fraudulent companies to operate on their site and wash their hands of it once they have their money !! STAY CLEAR !!! 🤬🤬🤬

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when plans change unexpectedly, especially when you’ve purchased tickets in advance.

Just to clarify, Ticket Tailor provides the ticketing platform, but all tickets are sold directly by the event organiser. This means they manage the sales process, including any terms around refunds or date changes, and they also handle all customer support for their events.

As we don’t process or hold any ticket funds ourselves, we're unfortunately unable to intervene in refund decisions or changes to event dates. The best next step would be to reach out to the event organiser directly – they’ll be in the best position to help.

Ticket purchases not processing

A number of people trying to buy tickets have had their card rejected for no apparent reason. We will have missed many purchases I fear

I'm sorry to hear that some of your ticket buyers were having trouble with their card purchases.

We don't hold any ticket payment money. Ticket payments are sent directly to your Stripe, Square or PayPal account and you should see the funds arrive there instantly. If there have been issues with payment, you should be able to see a reason in your connected account. If not, I'd recommend reaching out to Stripe, Square or PayPal support directly.

Payment issues can be quite common - for example, your buyers might have mis-typed their CSV number, or added the wrong billing address. Sometimes, your buyer may need to contact their bank.

Although we can't influence the payments, you can find a list of 'incomplete orders' in your account. From here, you can check if there is a corresponding successful order, or if you may need to contact your ticket buyer.

No way of contacting for assistance 😢

I booked an event, and I booked an event, and have since found out my husband has cancer. The dates clash with his chemotherapy and surgery schedule. All I wanted was help and advise on reselling my tickets or cancelling. I have sent several emails completed the online messaging several times nothing. I’m not asking for a hand out just help.

I'm afraid you've come through to the wrong place. We are a software provider that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly to their ticket buyers. With over 10,000 events listed on our platform, we are unable to help with event specific requests.

As you bought your tickets from the event organiser directly they are the best people to contact. You can find a 'manage my tickets' form at the bottom of the event booking form (where you originally booked the tickets) which will send an email directly to the event organiser. They may also allow you to rebook or cancel yourself from this area. Alternatively you may be able to find contact details on the event organisers website or Facebook page if they have one.

Not a good experience

At a very basic level, I guess it's fine but once you want to start making it more personalised, it becomes a real headache. It's very clunky and not very user-friendly and there are lots of weird and unnecessary things that it does. I'm having to use it but if I had the choice, I'd look around for alternatives.

Had an excellent experience getting my digital tickets from this company. The whole process was a great experience.
And the fact that Bandsintown was so quick to get me the info that this band was playing I got VIP tickets before they sold out. What a great combo. But definitely Ticket Tailor is who I will use from now on. Thank you TT.

Great platform for event hosting

Glad I made the switch

I recently switched from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for my event ticketing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As a first-time user, I found the platform incredibly easy to navigate and set up, and I love how my events are presented.

Customer support was fantastic, when I had a question about communicating with attendees, the help team responded quickly with clear and helpful advice. I also appreciate that Ticket Tailor doesn’t bombard my attendees with unnecessary emails before and after events.

The check-in function on the app is intuitive and makes managing event entry seamless. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Ticket Tailor!

Top Notch Customer Service!

Ticket Tailor is absolutely the best and I want to particularly commend Anna who helped me with a very thorny problem with patience and kindness. My experience with TT's customer service agents has been invariably positive. I run a small non-profit theater, and am NOT a computer specialist in any way, but I was able to set up our box office with relative ease due to TT's user-friendly system (and incredibly helpful customer service agents). The pricing is also incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Ticket tailor and once more I want to give a great big thank you to Anna.

I bought ticket for Cabaret Noir

I bought ticket for Cabaret Noir, in Dublin which was canceled I never got my refund back for it, and was ignored when asking. Scamers

Edit: There is no way to contact orginasier and since I bought tickets using your service, it s only right to get my refund that way as well, otherwise what is the point?

Ticket Tailor lives up to its claim as the most loved ticketing platform! I was looking for an app I could run myslef to avoid 3rd Parties, and I was mesmerized by the app. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and I got all the features I needed without any complexity: from managing different ticket types to tracking sales, everything worked smoothly. Logging on problem

Once you manage to get into it, Ticket Tailor works well. But it won't accept my password and the link to reset the password doesn't work, It keeps asking for the Captcha which doesn't exist and the alternative doesn't work.
