DONT BUY TICKETS ON TICKPICK it is my…

(Update) 03.24.2026 TickPick has delivered the ticket now a few weeks ago but they are not that exactly what I Order and they don’t want to give me a comparison so Best price guarantee is a lie and the Buyers trust guarantee is a lie. I will still not recommend buying over TickPick your tickets.

DONT BUY TICKETS ON TICKPICK it is my first time i have buyed tickets on TickPick an first they wasent giving me the Best Price guarntee. Now my Tickets are ready the seller send the tickets to an complety unknown email that iam not having access to and the email is registerd on Ticketmaster and Tickpick. i have contacted the support and they are not willing to help me to get access for my tickets. i serously dont know how people can give this 4,8/5 Stars Update from the answer from Tickpick the chargeback is over and I still havent got my tickets because Tickpick provided the seller an email address witch is not mine and already in use I think my tickets are gone and I lost 1100$ plus support dosent answer

The BestPrice Guarantee claim was reviewed but unfortunately did not meet the program requirements. Specifically, the lower price must be found and screenshot with a timestamp within 2 hours of your original purchase with TickPick. The screenshot provided fell outside that window, which is why the claim was rejected.

Regarding the delivery of your order, the tickets were set to deliver with an estimated in-hand date of 4/17/2026, but a chargeback was filed on 2/21. Once a chargeback is initiated, delivery of the tickets is placed on hold while the bank investigation is active, which is standard procedure.

The tickets were delivered on 2/26, but because the chargeback remained open, they were rerouted back to us in accordance with the process. We have informed you that the chargeback simply needs to be dropped so we can release the tickets immediately.

We understand frustration when transactions don’t go as planned, but we are here to help. Our team has provided clear steps to move forward, and we remain ready to finalize delivery the moment the chargeback is closed.
