Seamless, No Fluff, No B.S.
All of my experiences with TickPick have been great. In fact, TickPick is the only 3rd party marketplace I trust when it comes to purchasing tickets for high-value games, especially if an extra layer of validity is sought out, like when travelling for an event/game. To that end, I have purchased (numerous times) World Series, College Football Playoff, and World Baseball Classic tickets - among other less-impactful games - through TickPick. Most ticketing platforms lack visibility -- from inventory, to transactional fees; but, when you have things on the line, and people trusting you to make a purchase... go with who you trust to deliver.

Wanted seat by my sons not what I got.
Wanted seat by my sons. Ages 11 and 14 for their first game. They were in first floor row z. I found ticket on TickPuck for row z. When i called they refered to the fine print in the Terms and Conditions that the seller can CHANG THE ROW without any thing I can do. Customer service refused to work with me citing the fine print. Timberwolves said they could not do anything about it because the tickets were transfered. BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THE FINE PRINT.

Beware if you are looking for last…
Beware if you are looking for last minute tickets to a sporting event. I booked hockey tickets a few hours before the game started because TickPick guarantees that you will get your tickets or better seats at the same price but that was not the case. Don’t have a guarantee if you can’t deliver. We never got the original tickets we booked or a better ticket offer and had to cancel. Very disappointing experience.
