my experience has been very bad. The price of the watch seems very cheap, but they charge you taxes and customs expenses when entering Europe. It is cheaper to buy it in Europe. I have felt cheated.

I agree that you do not earn anything from the taxes that I must pay. However, I would never have bought the watch if I found out that they were going to charge me taxes and customs fees to receive it. Because then the watch is more expensive than buying it in my country. You win that you have sold a watch, which being clear with the total price (including taxes) you would never have sold.
That's why it seems misleading to me.
Could you please confirm the price that you say you are going to discount for courier costs, to assess whether or not I am interested in the Return?

I found Tic watches after searching for a pilots watch for my husband. The website was easy to navigate and the pricing was excellent and far cheaper than Amazon. The follow up order confirmation and delivery tracking was also faultless and very quick to arrive. The watch was well packaged, no complaints at all. I would definitely order from Tic Watches again.

I was so impressed by Tic watches! I was let down very badly by Very catalogues when they cancelled an order..
I phoned Tic watches and checked they had the watch in stock, they then offered to send it next day delivery! And it turned up as promised, boxed and wrapped beautifully.

I recently purchased a Tissot Seastar 2000 from TicWatches and overall I am very well impressed with the experience! I was a little hesitant about buying a watch online at first, however from other positive reviews and seeing that Tic were a registered dealer of Tissot I decided to go ahead with the order. The watch arrived very quickly and was well packaged. A lot of care was taken, and everything was as it should have been. The watch still had all the protective film and stickers around the case and bracelet, with the tags still attached. The warranty card was neatly filled in and included in the box, along with a return slip for the store. The watch is gorgeous and I’m delighted with it. Tic Watches are a great store & very professionally. I would definietly recommend and will be a returning customer in the future!

Another order made with Tic Watches. As usual, the best price on the web, speedy delivery and products as new and described (not fake or imported from the EU like many!) To be honest, I don’t even bother with others sites anymore when buying my G-Shocks … these guys are the best.

Only complaint I could make is that they use DPD rather than Royal Mail which I prefer.

I purchased a Polar Vantage M2 watch for my husband. The service was very quick and the watch was delivered free the following day. Unfortunately the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted Tic who got in contact with DPD and opened a case for me. DPD then called to advise what had happened. The time it took to deliver the watch, the free delivery and customer service from Tic was all fantastic and I would purchase from them again.

What should have been a seamless process ended up being stressful
Delivery saying being at one time then arrives 30 mins early 2 days work screwed up
No docs arrived with watches apparently we are supposed to know this is digital. No instructions nothing. When you spend near on £800 on watches you expect a bit better.NEVER AGAIN

Great watch retailer with very competitive prices. Although unfortunately I had to return my watch because it wasn't quite suitable I would highly recommend them as they took just 20 minutes to refund PayPal once they received the watch back. Fantastic!!!!
