Fast delivery, top quality, great price
From what I purchased the watches are original and are discounted the most I have seen online, quick delivery, haven’t had any dealings with customer service so can’t comment to much on that. Shame they don’t stock luxury watch brands though as they would see my custom more often, they do stock a lot of designer watch brands though

I wanted a very special Jewellery Box…
I wanted a very special Jewellery Box for my Wife as a Christmas present. There was nothing satisfactory locally, so after spending a lot of time on the internet I found exactly what I was looking for at the right price at Tic Watches. Unknown to me I found it on the last day of their Black Friday sale and when I went to order it the next day the price had reverted back to it's pre-sale level. I sent them an email late that evening explained the situation, not only did they respond that night, but gave me the Black Friday discount. I placed the order, and it arrived in just two days - now that is amazing customer service, this company really delivers!!

Those who give one star or negative feedback to Tic watches I am sure they won’t be happy in paradise and they will make complaints the price Tic watches give you no one can beat that the customer service you receive is top class plus it’s an authorised dealer if things wrong with a watch so it’s not Tic watches problem it manufacturers fault and you need to send it to the manufacturer so why make complaints I am using Tic watches for buying watches I have returned 2 watches and they were happy to accept return without asking me why you want to returned the watch so in short price plus service 10/10
