Tic Watches 

Can't rate these guys highly enough. Ordered a Tissot watch early December on their website.
Not long after I received an email explaining that they hadn't enough stock at the time to fulfill my order. Gave me the option of a full refund or I could wait and they would dispatch as soon as more stock arrived. I wasn't in a great rush, so decided to keep the order in place.
True to their word the watch arrived just before Christmas.
I am very pleased with the excellent service and more importantly honest and swift communication from Tic Watches, something which many companies forget is key to retaining existing and gaining new customers!

If I could give a minus one I would. I won't call them cowboys as that's an insult to cowboys but they take your money with false promises. My husband is still waiting for his watch which is still showing on their website as in stock. Apparently this is an error which their Tech Department are unable to fix! We demand our money back today and if not received within seven days, will take the matter further.

This is with regards to a Tissot PRX which they have done the same thing before. With the same watch! Bought a watch from tic online, few days after purchasing I got an email, to say they had a stock issue and the item is out of stock, and they will ship it to me as soon as they have received it from the manufacturer.
This wasn’t a problem, I’m happy to wait. What really bugs me is days later, they still have the item in stock and selling it to consumers. They have since changed the price, so their IT team have clearly updated the listing to show the new price but not that it’s out of stock? If you have the item in stock you should be filling orders that have been placed! If it’s out of stock then show the item out of stock on your website! I will update this review to let you know if they send me the item and how long it took, if the item was still in stock after this review I will also update this too. They have also done this before if you look at a previous review, the identical situation happened! This is clearly normal business practice, which is pretty disappointing! Please fill my order asap! And everyone else who you sent the same email to! But continue to sell the watch. Clearly not out of stock then is it.

No need for my order number to be given. I don’t want you to priority’s it, so you can reply to my review saying you dispatched it. You should be fulfilling ordered in which they are received in. I placed my purchase on the 10th to which your website stated ‘in stock and usually dispatched in 24 hours’. Got your email about the stock issue and that’s fine I’m not bothered about that I’m sure these things happen. But what’s not acceptable is when you tell your customer the item is out of stock but keep it in stock on your website! You’ve had 6 working days to put it as out of stock. An honest business would mark an item that’s out of stock asap to not cause issue to other buyers, you have not done this, which tells me you have the item in stock but you are prioritising people who have paid full RRP! Or you don’t have the item in stock and don’t care about telling consumers about a real delivery time. Tic please tell the people reading this review if you have the watch (Tissot PRX BLUE automatic) in stock right now? And if not why have you not marked it as out of stock after 6 days? And if you do then why have you not sent my order?

To everyone reading this once I receive my order I will let you guys know how long it took, and how many days they kept the watch in stock even tho they told me it’s out of stock. 6 working days so far of the item being in stock despite being told it’s out of stock.

You are referring to the item being out of stock due to a system error this is not a problem as I said before. What is the issue is the watch is still in stock 6 days later!

No one said it’s a switch of a button but you’ve had 6 working days and I think everyone reading this will agree that’s plenty of time to mark an item as out of stock. Also you haven’t answered my previous question. Tic please tell the people reading this review if you have the watch (Tissot PRX BLUE automatic) in stock right now? And if not why have you not marked it as out of stock after 6 days? And if you do then why have you not sent my order? Please do not ignore this question

Update: tic have discounted the watch for this weekend, but kept the watch in stock even tho they have none, anyone who buys over the weekend will get there lovely email telling them it’s out of stock. They have added a longer delivery time on the listing now tho of 5-14 days, which was not there when I ordered. But still not transparent for there customers.

DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
I ordered a watch box 3 months ago (!) and I had to check in with them myself 5 times to ask why I wasn’t receiving any updates on it being sent. The website said it would arrive within 10 days. Turns out, they didn’t have it in stock and every time I emailed them they kept promising me it would arrive within the next couple of weeks. 3 months later they just cancel the order and refund the money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. If you don’t have something in stock, don’t list it as if you do.
Beware potential customers, know what you are getting yourself into when order something that seems cheaper than elsewhere on the market. You will get strung along for months and then get your order cancelled.

My money was taken but delivery has gone back and back.
It missed my husbands birthday and I’m waiting for confirmation I will get my refund.

I discovered this company while I was looking to buy a new Luminox.After some thought I decided to purchase Leatherback Turtle series which arrived today.From ordering to arrival it took 3 days,which is amazing.I am so pleased with my watch and I would certainly recommend this company if you’re looking for a new watch. 1st class service and great customer service 👍

Plenty of choice in beautiful watches, I chose Sekonda Sexy Rocks. It is so pretty and have worn once so far with many compliments. Impressed with my order coming very quickly and very well packaged. I'll be back again!

Avoid!! if I write anything further i will be shamed and accused until I take down my honest review. Plenty of reputable watch companies that offer the same thing.

The reply from Tic watches is exactly what i expected. A complete fabrication. I contacted the manufacturer NOT them, and I spoke with their Head Office in Switzerland at length about the watch that TIC watches wanted to send back to me. What a complete load of bull!! TIC watches are a law unto themselves and dishonest it seems.
How they think they can take any credit for this farce is beyond words. As i said previously AVOID and save yourself some stress. This is my fourth attempt to leave an honest review and again the reply is divisive, manipulatory and just factually wrong.
Vindicated!! Company were closed down by trading standards for fakery!!!!

Furious.
Purchased a Tissot PRX a few hours ago.
The money was taken then to my surprise I receive an email stating that the watch has oversold and is out of stock.
Apparently they are kind enough to honour the discount but can’t provide the watch for 21-28 working days!!
Are you serious???
Not to mention you are still showing the watch as in stock and still selling units as I type this.
What kind of Mickey Mouse company are you????
update: I will also be making a complaint to trading standards as you are STILL selling the watch advertising next day delivery.
You have removed the offer and put to cost up to full rrp and are still selling the watch you have informed me is out of stock.
I will be taking this further
UPDATE: you are still selling the watch as in stock as I type this at 3pm on 7th November.
In your email you stated that your IT team were working on this issue.
You IT team seem to have been able to adjust the price but not the fact that the watches are out of stock.
Which begs the question are the watches In fact in stock and you have sold more units at the reduced price than you intended or is it that you are trying to dupe as many people into purchasing these watching as possible with no promise of a delivery date?
Either way it doesn’t look particularly good for your company.
Also there are many others you have done this to in regards to this watch.
It’s far from just me.

Can't fault them. Bought the Nixon Ripley in saffron for my daughter and it was at least 100% cheaper than anywhere else on the internet (including Amazon). The price included next day delivery and that went perfectly as well. My first stop for future buys.

Purchased the match day watch for my partners 50 th birthday he loves it as he is a collector of G-Shock watches and he wanted this for a while tik watches had the best price when I looked he wants the blackcop of but am struggling to find it so if it available threw tic please.
