Tic Watches 

Same experience as others,ordered a tissot prx which hasn't materialised. Just buy from a reputable company even if it's more expensive.

Similar to review below me - I ordered a Tissot months ago and they keep promising new delivery dates months away and then miss them. They never inform you of what's going on, I've had to chase them on email for any sort of update.

Happens repeatedly, avoid at all costs - let's hope the refund process is easy.

Avoid these scammers at all cost, ordered a Tissot prx months ago, every delivery date has been missed with zero comms. When you chase it up generic apologising email giving anew date 3-4 weeks later this has gone on for months!!!!! Refund requested.

EDIT UPDATE
So after contacting Tic Watches again today (30th March) I have been told of further delays and now the watch wouldn't be delivered until 17th -21st April. Id they knew of this delay again why did they not contact me first? Totally unacceptable so I've cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Which amazing takes 5 to 7 working days yet my payment was immediate. No offer of compensation as they have been sitting on my money for 7 weeks!!
Completely useless company. Do yourself a big favour and order from a known retailer and be sure you will actually get your watch. Its not possible to give zero stars which is my actual score.

Ordered a Tissot watch on the 5th February which went through and money was taken from my bank account on 6th Feb but then came an email saying there had been an error and the watch was actually out of stock and more stock was expected at the beginning of March. I could have a refund or wait for the new stock. As this is a 21st birthday gift I decided to wait. I emailed again on 6th March to find out what was going on especially as my money had been in their account earning interest for a month to be told that the watch still hadn't come in and it was now expected to arrive between the 27th-31st March. Lots of apologies and offers of good will gestures or again a refund. When I pointed out that the night before the watch was still showing as in stock and attached a screen shot to show this I was advised to log back in and clear my cache and I would see the watch was out of stock. Well without clearing anything I have gone to the website this morning and amazing how now the watch is out of stock!!
In their reply email they have guaranteed the watch will arrive by the end of March so we will see.
This is the first time I have used Tic Watches and potentially given all of the hassle it will be the last - I just hope that I actually do receive the watch and not just another excuse in 3 weeks.
Although the customer service has been quick to reply as with previous reviews this seems to be a recurring problem and customer service should be contacting customers first to explain the further delays not waiting for us to make the first move. These watches aren't cheap and no one can afford to be out of pocket for so long

Fabulous service, ordered on 24th Feb, received watch on 27th Feb, super quick with great correspondence of order confirmation, dispatch details etc, and the watch I ordered was at a fantastic price, cheaper than anywhere else and with a discount on their website made it a complete bargain.

Very disappointed!
Bought a watch in their January sale. The tissot watch was on a good price compared to some other watch shop so we bought it from them. However, after a couple of days they emailed that the watch is out of stock due to some error bla bla... they reassured us to have it in a few weeks. I have checked back on their site, the watch was still showing as on stock while they emailing us that it was unavailable... after 2-3 weeks they still had no date for the watch to be shipped while checking the site again, it was still offered on the website as available...but on a higher price now...
We decided to cancel because we felt it is an unreliable company and we might won't get our money back if keeping this going for any longer. Luckily that they refunded the money promptly otherwise we were ready to report it to the credit card company.
I believe they simply didn't want to honour the sale price and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them. Unreasonable unethical business, avoid!

Was a bit sceptical ordering because I couldn't see what I was buying but as of yet I am very happy with my purchase it was better than expected and the delivery was really quick as it turned up the following day would definitely recommend using and would use them again thank you

Generally TIC have been good for me in the past. Having put an order in for a watch on the 22nd January I was expecting delivery around the 3rd. Having chased them today I've been told Tissot not sending out a shipment until the 24th Feb. I totally understand this but please let your customers know so they don't have to chase you for updates please. For reference it wont stop me from buying for TIC but better communications are much needed.

Tic Watches, where should i start my review from. I placed an order for a watch in last week of December 2022. As they were shut down for Christmas break, i did received an email from Tic Watches with an update, that watch is out of stock and once they received the stock. they will dispatch it for next day delivery.

As the stock, they were expecting to be delivered, the date was keep changing which is not there fault but in all fairness, it does judge my patience, but the one thing i really liked about Tic Watches is the transparency and whenever i contacted Tic watches, the response time was really quick.

So, new and old watch lovers, if any of you looking to purchase a watch from Tic Watches, go and place and order with full confidence. It may take a little more time then other big retailers but it is worth the wait. Support Local Business.

Ordered a christmas present in November (card was charged in Nov) and was told order was "about" to ship 3 times. Last I was told 1/9 would be the latest that I would receive my order. Have not received s shipping confirmation and have asked to cancel my order. They have not replied to my request to cancel. I question if this is a legit store and recommend anyone in the USA to not order from them as they will string you along with promises to ship your order "tomorrow". It will never ship and you will have to deal with cancelling the order and ordering from someone else. Honestly can anyone confirm receipt of an order? I am doubtful..

DHL took my parcel to an incorrect address. Tic watches were amazing in helping resolve this, unfortunately the parcel couldn’t be retrieved so they immediately refunded me. Their customer service is great and they reply almost immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasure to deal with. Competitive pricing and when the brand supplier missed a delivery TIC kept me informed and always offered a full refund option at times. Watch arrived at the updated date and perfect.

Shows items that are out of stock as in stock, promised me my item would arrive by a certain day THREE TIMES and three weeks later it has not even been dispatched. Told them the item was still showing as in stock over a month ago but they have no intention to change this! Really poor service!

Ordered a watch winder box which was 'In Stock' on the 5th December to then receive an email the following day advising they'd oversold and the item would be delayed until the 15th - 20 December. They guaranteed delivery by the 22nd December so i proceeded as it would arrive in time for Christmas.
The item still hadn't arrived by the 22nd December so i chased them again and they then told me they couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas and that the item would now be guaranteed to arrive by the 6th January. I got a sorry and fought for a £50 goodwill gesture but was very upset and angry.
Today is the 6th January and my order still hasn't arrived, having chased them again for an update i've now been told i will be getting my order at the end of next week! Who knows how long this will carry on?! My husband might be lucky to receive his Christmas present in time for his birthday in June!
Would never deal with this company again, avoid at all costs!

Ordered item mid November. Even though it showed in stock of website and having spoken to them repeatedly and being advised it would be sent the following day I’m still awaiting delivery of my order.
As I ordered item at sales price I expect they are hoping I cancel so they don’t have to honour the reduced price ? Awful service.

Update: order number is WEB251852. And I’m still chasing a reply from TIC
