Tic Watches 

I was blown away by the diverse selection of watches available at this store. From classic elegance to modern sophistication, they had something for every style preference. The delivery was secure and timely, allowing me to enjoy my chosen watch without any hassle.

I ordered a Tissot PRX from TIC watches in December and it only arrived in May, and only because I involved Tissot customer services direct. TIC promised each month that it would arrive.
I would definitely avoid TIC in the future. I give them 0/10 for how they treated my transaction.
My advice is go and buy from elsewhere.

And apology from TIC is not accepted, and why? You solved the non delivery issue immediately after Tissot got involved, so why did you keep me waiting for 5 months prior to this?? 0/10

Ordered a PRX back in January. They have had some delivery issues but these things happen and they have remained super responsive to all my emails. I also had the option to ask for a refund since day 1 but I didn't mind the waiting.

Overall good customer service.

As many of the recent negative reviews, I will add another with the same issues and share the dialogue every time(or month) I had to chase because 'pro-active' and 'customer service' does not exist in their business

Ordered a Tissot PRX back in 29th Jan - Got email advised they had oversold and would arrive in next 21-28days

Chased 2nd March - Response: Model on back order with HQ and date is 13th - 24th March

Chased 25th March - Response quote: "We have had our delivery however your watch was missing from the order as this model is on back order due to its demand. After further investigation your order is on the next delivery between 17th and 21st April" (How convenient for my watch to be missed!)

Chased 19th April - Response quote: "We apologise about these on going delays with this order and false dates. We have now been told the delivery for this watch is now between 8th and 12th May. I do apologise about this as some retailers have the stock we are just awaiting our delivery which is frustrating. We are definitely receiving this watch if you are ok to wait its just we apologise about these delays."

In the end there is no more excuses or apologies that hold any value and I refuse to let them get away with such bad business practices, so I went straight to Tissot HQ and escalated to a high level which they acknowledged. In the end I cancelled and ordered direct and received my watch from Tissot within 2 days and they made the experience right again.

My advice is avoid this retailer. If you are are waiting for a Tissot and heard all the excuses then I would suggest you call them out and escalate to Tissot HQ just like I did.

Caveat Emptor

Don't trust them on the delivery time, they took almost three months to send the items and they kept postponing the delivery date every week (only because i was asking for it). Moreover if you are buying from a country outside of UK DO NOT THINK THE PRICES SHOWN ARE THE REAL ONES. They do not let the costumers know that they will have to pay for custom duties and the prices that we tought were the cheapest were not. I had to pay 160 euros in custom duties for a watches box, you can now understand why their prices are 100 euros cheaper.

The problem is not that a popular watch is out of stock and that we have to wait for the producer to deliver more watches to their ADs. Unfortunately, this a common occurrence nowadays, especially in this hobby. The issue is how mismanaged this entire situation is, by it seems like, bunch of incompetent amateurs pretending to run a legitimate business. Their customer service is completely not interested in keeping their customers up to date (as you can see from a plethora of negative reviews) about this entire situation, that frankly, has been created by them in a first place. You will only get lies and empty promises as a response. It has been 53 days since anyone from Tic Watches even bothered to contact me and 97 days since my order has been processed. As you probably have realised by now, they don't care at all. However, they really care about their Trustpilot score and they are definitely going to put some effort into typing in some pathetic response to this review instead of doing what they should be doing in a first place, which is keeping their customers up to date or issuing refunds for the orders that they cannot fulfill. Maybe one day someone will do what a decent customer service would normally do and update their customer about their order that they have been waiting for 97 days. Hopefully, by the end of the year. Hell, maybe I will even get my refund by the end of 2024. It seems like a pipe dream though.

Fantastic service provided by TIC watches. Genuine and reliable. Speedy delivery.. delivered within 24 hours. The product was exactly as stated and thankfully no complaints. Excellent price compared to expensive retail shops with the exact same product. Will be shopping again. Thank you.

Nothing short of diabolical.

Two orders from Tic Watches, both very bad experiences.

The first order seems to be the one that most are struggling with on these reviews: the Tissot PRX.

I called today after waiting 10 weeks and 2 days for the Tissot PRX and have been told that the watch is 100% coming in from Tissot between 8th & 12th of May and if not that it will be sourced for me...

Let's see if this is another false promise from Tic.

Echoing several other reviews on here - abysmal service. Ordered a Tissot PRX (like many others), only to hear of delay after delay, after delay. And only received confirmation of these delays after chasing it up myself. Was promised it was coming each time, told I'd receive a good will gesture with the watch, gave up in the end. Not sure why a watch was being sold on the website if stock levels were so low. After asking for a refund, this took a week or so before PayPal informed me the refund didn't go through. Chased again today and finally received my refund via bank transfer. Personally I'd avoid at all costs.

I bought an 'on order' item at a good price. But the manufacturer never delivered. I'd email Tic Watches each time a promised date had passed and they always offered me my money back. Finally, I got a bit ticked off and raised a Paypal dispute and they immediately refunded my money and offered me an apology. These guys aren't scammers and do want to get us good prices. They can get hung out to dry by guys above them in the food chain but these are decent peeps who COMMUNICATE and apologise. I want them to get bigger and stronger because they RESPECT the customer. Honestly, I'd buy from them again

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered an item in December 2022 WEB254080 and am still awaiting this item now for 4 months. I had to keep emailing them to remind them as I was awaiting this watch order as a wedding present for my fiancee which I wanted to gift to him on our wedding day. I have emailed them a total of 5 times to remind them of this order. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and then they finally emailed me "There will be no further delays if you can wait a little longer" - assuring me that it would arrive the week before my wedding and when I emailed them this week they said that - oh sorry again, further delays and we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on time, we can give you a refund. Incredibly disappointed and I feel I have been patient enough in waiting for this order to be fulfilled and now may not be able to seek an alternative in time.

Awful experience Avoid, avoid avoid. Ordered a watch beginning of January, delay after delay so finally after 10 weeks of waiting I had enough and cancelled. But now after 2 weeks after cancellation I'm STILL waiting for my refund. Can't help but think it's a scam.

Edit: After emailing customer service querying my refund I was told my order was cancelled but refund was not issued, so now its going to be another week or so for the refund. Shocking service.

From start to finish, it has been very bad experience.
If I knew is going to take this long, I would have never placed the order.
Its been 9 weeks since i purchased a watch and it still didn't arrive, so at the end I had cancel my order.
I placed the order 22 January 2023, which then got delayed, then delayed again, and then delayed a third time, which resulted in an overall 9 week delay.
When I complained to customer service, due to the inconvenience, they sent me a tissot wallet. When I received the wallet next day, the tray was missing. It's in the bin now.
I feel very angry about the whole ordeal.
I genuinely believe if you put monkeys in charge, they would do a better job than the people working at Tic Watches.

If I could give it negative starts I would, absolutely horrible service. Im convinced all these high rated reviews are fake and this site is a scam. Ordered a watch months ago and it kept getting delayed, 3 months later now my refund is getting “delayed”.
Daylight robbery, this site is a scam, pathetic.

Stay away from these guys! They advertise luxury watches on their website at unbelievable prices and after ordering (and paying) you get an email that the order has been cancelled because the watch is not available. I have since been waiting for my refund (for over a week now) and the undeliverable watch is still offered on their website!
