Second review I'm making now.
But my experience has been fantastic with tidal vape Winchester. And the staff are fantastic and so helpful and cheery especially Tony. Always manages to put a smile on my face as well, even on my darkest days.

I usually get premium juices online, but today i tried Tidal Vapes in Boscombe, Bournemouth. I didnt get his name, but the gentleman who I spoke to deserves 10/10 for customer service as well as his knowledge. I purchased 3 bottles, and I have to say the quality is on par with tge premium juices I have brought online. He took timeout after me telling him what I was looking for, and nailed it 100%.
The only downside is that I walked passed this shop for over a year and never gave it chance. More fool me.

I do believe the ladies name today was Poppy, I'm terrible remembering. Full west country accent. Poole store.
Went in for a new vape and a few oils. Great customer service, helped me pick out one that would suite me. Also filled the tank and set up watts etc.

Always outstanding service and prices. Great quality and choice of liquids and disposable e-cigarettes. Si in Boscombe store is very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me to choose the vape and a liquid and gave me a good advice. He doesn't sell for the sake of selling. The reward system is great as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was served this evening by a lovely lady named Skye. I would personally give her 5* for her help and her courteous manner. Definitely would recommend this place. Thanks again!

I had to visit tidal vape today after a very long day as my vape stopped working 😭and aidan was in the Shirley shop where today and he was very helpful and explained everything to me 100% customer service highly recommended thank you for help much appreciated 😊

The guy in the New Milton store was very helpful and happy to help me with a new vape.

Following my first order I was a little weary and had some questions/concerns about delivery so I called the number online and my call was promptly answered by the wonderful Ashley where she assured me, answered any questions I had in detail, whilst being incredibly friendly and kind. Ashley provided outstanding customer service and followed up my next order with a lovely email. She was a delight and represents Tidal Vapes wonderfully. A real asset to this company. For a while I purchased vape items through another online provider but since this wouldn’t go back and have recommended to many fellow vape users. Thank you Ashley

Tidal Vape Boscombe. I been using this store for over a year now. I buy all my kits, juice and coils from there. Simon is always friendly, helpful and is a font of knowledge with regards to vaping.

Visited the Chandlers Ford shop to buy a new Mod. Was advised in the shop that "I" had to buy an external charger for the batteries as the front usb port was only used for updates. When I found out a day later that the mod actually charges direct and called the shop to discuss they made me out to be a Liar!!! they said that the store assistance is denying it and they have to take his word for it. They couldn't explain as to why I would buy a big ugly charger if this was not needed. Staff obviously dont know their products and do nothing to resolve the issue... Will totally avoid.

I have visited the Lansdowne store several times and the woman who always serves me is so friendly and helpful and its always a pleasure to go back to her. She knows everything about what they stock and is lovely to talk to. Highly recommend this place to any vaper. Good prices, deals and amazing service.

I have visited your Boscombe branch this afternoon and purchased a new vape and juices.
The shop looked inviting,neat and tidy and Si immediately greeted me with a friendly smile. He was polite and helpful.in this day when online shopping is so prevalent customer service is so important

I purchased a complete vape kit and liquids for £80, the staff were friendly and helpful. However my device turned out to be faulty as the tank is a very poor design and fell apart within a few days. I returned to the shop to complain.
I expected help to resolve this issue, but the staff told me the managers don’t allow them to replace or refund, and they deem there products as consumable.
Clearly I am not happy and will never buy here again !

Visited the Andover Tidal Vape store today, about to get some disposable vapes that I have been on for a while. I have been buying them constantly and has been costing me a fortune. Was served by Tony who was really friendly and approachable. He was full of knowledge about all the kind of vapes and wasn't just all for the sales. The prices was decent and there was a lot of variety. Tony also was full of a lot of funny innuendo's and very chilled out. Will definitely be buying there again!

I’d only started vaping recently and wanted to stop constantly buying elf bars! Jake from tidal vape Eastleigh made me feel so comfortable and was very in depth with info when I was purchasing my first vape. Excellent prices, top tier gent who is so laid back, knowledgable and not all just for the sales! I will always choose tidal vape and jakes genuine customer service, thank you!

I recently visited the new Hythe Waterside shop and was very impressed with the range of mods and juices available, also the helpfulness of the staff in choosing a new mod. Carl and Pete were very thorough in finding out what I actually needed and would suit me best as opposed to selling me any old thing. Definitely the best experience I have received and also thanks for the free samples 👍 Definitely worth a visit.

I have had only good experiences dealing with this company. Both in the Chandlers Ford store and online.
Recently I dropped my e-cigarette and the glass tank smashed. I ordered on line what I thought was a replacement. I called them to see if I could collect from the store but unfortunately Chandlers Ford didn’t have it in stock. When they heard how urgently I needed it, It was delivered to my door 2 hours later. Amazing service.
Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one and had ripped the box whilst getting it out. No problem they said just bring it back to the store and we’ll swap it over.
Fantastic, they really went the extra mile for me and therefore I would completely recommend them to anybody.
