I was assisted by Varun Singh a business advisor with Tide. He called me when I was unable to take the call but he was patient and ararmged a time to talk with me. I was still busy and I was not inna position to really handle the call but we persisted and Varun explained the awesoem benefits upgrading me account could give. He was polite and made aure I had all the information I needed. I am very confident I have mad e the right choice banking with Tide. Varun is a credit to the business. Thanks Varun.

I’m at a loss for words. This guy has gone above and beyond for me. I love Tide and I love how supportive they are of our business. As a business owner, it’s incredibly important that I keep my finances in check. With tide, I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem accessing accounts, taking payment, making payment or any other business related transfers. I’m really happy with the service provided, particularly today from my friend Rishabh.

Great staff, great service, happy customer ☺️

Evo was incredibly helpful on the phone today. He switched my account to Tide pro for the same cost as I was already paying which is very helpful to allow me to try out the new features. Evo was also exceptionally knowledgeable about products and services and Tide bank should be proud to have staff like him. If everyone was as lovely and helpful as him it would make life a lot easier! Very please with the service overall and thank you again to Evo for his expertise and also the lovely conversation. So it's 100% so far with Tide. Thank you. I would definitely recommend :)

So far I have tried to set up a new account

So far I have tried to set up a new business account and register my LTD through them, it’s been several hours and I’ve not had a reply from them I’ve been in a chat waiting almost 40 minutes to an hour for someone to contact me, this is not what should be expected, I understand there can be delays, but I have sent two more messages since and I have not had a response even from the automated system, to say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement

Opened a business account with Tide

Opened a business account with Tide, used their platform to create and send my first invoice, 30 days later when the payment lands they hold it due to security checks, ok fair enough can happen every now and then. Once it was cleared I transfer left over money after business expenses to my personal account and guess what they hold it, support is crap always waiting for a specialist team to deal with the case.
Best sticking with high street banks I am looking to close my account once i have received my owed moneys
