Poor customer service
FedEx failed to deliver. Tier one's attitude was it's your problem. I still do not actually have the bipod I bought
Dealing with FedEx was a joke. I still don't know if my bipod is being delivered this Friday or next

ATAC Bipod and mounts
Bought both arca and pic mounts for bipod. Easy to switch between the two and bipod works well with multiple adjustment options.

product good but delivery slow and communication via internet lacking with no updates on what was happening. Had to ring after a week to find out why I had not received the bipod
