Tier One Reviews

Great optics carrier. Proven in both tactical and competition applications.
Recently bought second Tier One for new weapon system.

Very poor customer experience.

I was charged twice for the shipping costs, even though the shipping fee had already been paid with my original order. This is completely unacceptable.

Despite contacting customer service and explaining the situation, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I would strongly advise customers to carefully check their invoices and shipping charges before ordering, as you may end up being charged additional shipping costs that have already been paid.

All perfect! Thanks!!!

I had a lot of trouble trying to find a picatinny rail to fit my browning a bolt. Other companies sent me the wrong part but M as she likes to be called went out of her way to sort it for me. 5* from me

I have other Tier One items and the quality is excellent but this is the first time I have purchased directly from them. My mounts arrived very quickly and well packaged. Overall I am very happy with this transaction. Not cheap but in comparison with similar items I have previously purchased, well worth the price

Lovely stable and well made bipod, took about a week from ordering to receipt as I understand they are assembled to order but good comms throughout the process.

Great product. Materials and manufacture are of the highest quality. Very robust and looks and functions great

Great kit, excellent service

Ordered a set of rings. They were sent within a day or 2 of ordering and arrived to me in New Zealand 10 days later. Pretty good going

Brilliant kit every thing is engineered to a high degree plus the delivery is very fast and extremely packaged very well.

The bipod is of very high quality. The stability of my tm1000 has taken me to the next level (regular 250 22x).
Delivery time was very fast.
My grandson is saving up for his.
We will be buying in the near future

The product speak by itself … lightweight yet sturdy. Very surprise on its low height capability.
