Very happy with the quality of our purchase
Product (men’s zip up vest) was all it promised to be, a well fitted, well made piece. Delivery was delayed a couple of days but arrived on a Sunday by canada post to our door.

Coat is gorgeous but customer service is terrible
Coat is gorgeous but customer service fell short of expectations. After ordering, the shipment was in “label created” status for several days. I emailed customer service to mention this and ask when it would be provided to UPS for shipment. I never received any response to my email. The item finally showed up 2 weeks later. The customer by a company who sells premium goods should also provide a high level of service.
