Once a package is in the UPS shipping system, UPS takes full control over the shipment progress and tracking updates. Missing strap from website order.
I ordered a Busado bag 👝 frm Tiger of Sweden website however when I acquired the order ae adjustable leather strap was missing. I immediately called ToS Montreal to verify if l could get the missing item but the macame across to be unwilling about my request. He even asked me to contact the home company located in Toronto, as he only had one set of the same item in store . Then l explained to him this issue should be dealt with between him and the home company.

My first time ordering online from Tiger of Sweden and it was an excellent experience. The website is easy to navigate, the delivery was prompt, and the black jeans I ordered for my partner were perfect.

Great quality product but stained when arrived .
I ordered a cream coloured wool sweater. The delivery was quick and easy, the website was simple to order a peruse through and the packaging was great. Nonetheless, when I received the sweater, it was stained with big faded yellow spots on the front. I understand that wool is a natural fiber, but this looks like someone had coffee dropped, tried to remove it and returned it. I’m still looking throughout the internet to figure out how to take the stains out without damaging the wool. I still really love the sweater though.
