I recently bought Helka and Libby shoes but ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service who were very helpful, pleasant to work with, and are kindly resending the correct size. I had a great experience with them and look forward to receiving my shoes!

I loved them until I needed to return glasses it was horrible process and pretty much I’m screwed with an ugly ass pair of sunglasses and will never recommend to people again

Such a garbage company, they said they mailed the shoes and but didn’t, I finally convinced them to send me the shoes. They were not the same Color as the images, the sizing was waaay off, over an inch too small and just general for the price they look like trash and now they are claiming “internal shipping too complex” so they are not sending me a shipping level and charging me a fee once the shoes are returned. It’s my fault I should have read the review first. Such a frustrating waste of time and money.

I had a wavy experience with a happy ending that TIJN made possible through their great customer service! I ordered glasses, they took a while to ship and i was getting antsy. I contacted them only to find out the order should have arrived a week ago! It got stolen off my front step! I contacted TIJN and they said they would make me a new set free of charge and they showed up at my door in less than a month! Im so happy, i love the look of the glasses and the quality of the make!
I ordered 2 pairs of Rx glasses from TIJN and within 30 minutes, I received an email from TIJN stating that the order was cancelled because the payment didn't go through. Confused by this, I emailed TIJN and they confirmed the payment cancelled in processing (what ever that means). I thought ok, the first order cancelled for technical reasons, or whatever- so I placed the same order the next day for 2 pairs of Rx glasses. Meanwhile, I check my account and the first payment that was supposedly cancelled, had indeed processed my account was charged $265. I originally thought the total purchase price was outrageous for Rx glasses, since the frames I purchased was $30 and the other $80! I emailed them again (which is the only way to contact TIJN customer service) and told them that the first charged cleared my account and to cancel one of the 2 orders. They stopped responding and now I'm out $530 and zero glasses! Do not order from this company, or trust your credit card/money with this scamming company!!!!!!!

I’ve purchased from Tijn twice so far. Early last year, I bought a pair of frames from them and they were great, though the shipping had some issues and it took weeks to get it.
Most recently these frames broke, and I decided I’d purchase another pair but with a prescription. It took about a week for the processing, then another 10 days to get it. The frames are beautiful and they got the prescription totally right.
I would definitely recommend them, as the frames don’t feel cheap at all. Though only con is the shipping but that’s about it.
Never got my Package! Don't buy there anything!
Very poor customer service! Have no longer answered me with my problem. Employees were too stupid to write my address correctly on the package and therefore the package has automatically gone back. I wanted to order the shoes again, but they did not send them. Had to pay with Paypal before and now I get my money back!

Refuse to refund . I have a serious quality issue with my lenses and can’t see out of them. They haves lines all through them …not surface scratches. Very disappointing. Also there is no where to leave or read a review anywhere on their site ….

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses. TIJN sent two flimsy pairs that were the wrong prescription. Their return process is beyond difficult, and they only refund the cost of the frames, even if they were the ones to send the wrong prescription. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Do not be tricked into purchasing items from here. They advertise easy return, but even if you commit to returning the items by paying for shipment to their labs in China you will not get a refund if they are prescription. I understand this policy to some degree, but when the quality of the product is poor and they do not offer opportunities to sample the product beforehand, it is clear it is a scam.

110% the worst customer service I have ever had. Right after I placed my order I realized I had entered my prescription incorrectly. I immediately emailed them asking them to change the prescription to what is actually supposed to be. I got an automated email saying will get back to you. They never got back to me I had to reach out to them on Facebook just to even get a connection. They refused to change the prescription because my order was already “made” which I knew was not true because every time I checked it said “still processing”. I emailed them MANY times and got the same BS answer. Then they just assumed I didn’t even want the glasses and didn’t ship them but kept my money. I had to ask them to ship my glasses even though the order was still wrong and was never made. I placed my order on 5/27 & received the glasses yesterday on 7/21. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time & money by avoiding this company!

I purchased some sunglasses 10 days ago and was just j formed today that they are out of stock in the product. I cant believe the unprofessional ethics of this company and for sure wont be recommending their products anytime soon. Their costumer service is a joke and would urge any body who is thinking of purchasing from them to not waste their time pr money. I spent money in a product they don't even have just to be informed of this 10 days later. Unbelievable.

I've spent my entire adult life working in various service jobs so I know what it's like to deal with unreasonable customers who don't do their part to understand policies and I hate leaving reviews like this. Bottom line: be very careful when buying from this company. I ordered shoes from them and I did my best to scour the internet for reviews since the shoes aren't cheap and their website doesn't really have anything but sponsored content from pseudo-influencers. But I loved the way the shoes looked and I was starting a new job that I wanted to have a variety of business casual looks for. The shoes are too small and the material is so cheap and thin you can see all the bones in my feet. I wish I'd found this page before I purchased since yes, they make you pay for return shipping to China and it costs over $70. Their customer service also became very slow and unresponsive when I started asking for assistance.

Scary ... this is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The company promises to ship within 3-5 days for non prescription glasses and 5-9 for prescription pairs. However, it's been 27 days and my order is still processing, without any explanation for delay. I reached out several times through every possible way to reach them (IG, FB, email...) but they kept sending a robotic response that my order would ship soon. I started to get scared that it was never coming and had to report them to PayPal. Do not purchase with this company unless you're spending very little money and don't mind the risk of not getting the item. It's really not worth it and if Daiana is your customer service representative, beware.

10 days after the purchase my order is still being processed. The response of the customer service representative does not show any sign of regret about the delay. The company must reconsider the way they do business - this is a poor level of service. I should have spent 5 minutes reading reviews before I bought anything from them. Imagine thinking you're going on a date with Aquaman, but then all of a sudden (17 days later) Spongebob shows up on your doorstep.
Quality of the specs is poor. Design is not refined at all and the part that rests on your nose bridge is litteraly made of gold colored plastic. Also lousy customerservice, I tried to cancel my order because I found out that they are located in China after I made a purchase, but they only would give me back the money for the frame.

Very poor quality, super thick lenses. Got in touch with them through several channels: email, fb and instagram. No response. Sent pictures and comparisons with my old lenses and just asked for a refund for the lenses since I had to go to my local optician to get new lenses fitted. Not a word back. Please don't buy here, it's a horrendous company. Go to you local optician.
