I really love the furniture made by tikamoon, authentic wood, they came already assembled. Last time we bought furnitures we had the chance to select our favorite slot for the delivery, this time we couldn’t and we had some small issue with the transporter but the client service of Tikamoon helped us every time and everything got solved at the best.

I am not satisfied with my purchase from Tikamoon. The table top arrived with several noticeable defects that go beyond natural wood variations. If this item were in a physical store, it would not be sold. When buying online, you trust the company to perform proper quality control before shipping.

The delivery process was also very frustrating. Despite the website stating that delivery happens by appointment, the courier repeatedly sent random dates and times without consulting me. I contacted both the courier and Tikamoon to arrange a proper time, but the issue was not resolved (the courier just ignored me), and it took 3 unannounced attempts before I was home.

Additionally, the delivery driver arrived completely alone and without a pallet jack to move the furniture. He had to ask for my assistance to unload the table from the van and bring it to the front door, otherwise the delivery could not take place. Tikamoon promotes sustainability, but they should ensure their logistics partners provide safe and standard working conditions for their drivers.

Overall, the combination of a defective product and poor logistics was a disappointing experience.

I bought several items from Tikamoon.be for the first time, a dining table, a coffee table, and a side table.. everything was packed carefully and the quality of the goods was also good. I had a problem with the side table, didn't meet my expectations quality wise. I contacted the customer service, they were responsive and very helpful, they provided me with several solutions so I can choose whatever suits me best... I bought the table in promotion and the the promotion was over that time.. and they also offered me to change the table with no extra cost.. very nice experience! bought another item from them and will buy again!
