Nice products but their delivery and customer service isn’t great. I was not given tracking details so I couldn’t manage the delivery. When I asked for details they were incorrect. After 2 weeks I was promised a refund but it didn’t come until I chased again. Once I’d received the refund the item turned up in a battered old box! Won’t be returning to Tikamoon however the mirror is nice so if you like the products give it a go, you just might be in for a long wait!

This is my second review because Tikamoon’s public response to my first review did not address the key facts of my situation, and in several places presented information that contradicts both their own website and what actually happened.
Tikamoon publicly stated that customers must package returns themselves. However, their own website clearly shows an exception for Premium Delivery customers – the service I paid for. Their Premium Delivery team removed all packaging on arrival, and their policy explicitly states that customers using this service are not required to repackage returned items.
Despite this, Tikamoon insisted I must personally repackage a very large and heavy dresser before they would collect it. This is clearly impossible for most people and contradicts their own published terms. This major issue was completely ignored in their public reply.
In addition, their response suggested that the problems with the unit were just “handcrafted variations.” This is not accurate. The dresser I received had significant workmanship faults, including:
• misaligned doors
• stepped joins
• uneven mouldings
• gaps ranging from around 1 mm to 6 mm on the same door
• visible inconsistencies across all three sections
These were not subtle variations but obvious construction faults.
I also want to be clear that I genuinely wanted to keep the dresser. I would have accepted:
• a proper repair by a specialist, or
• a replacement that met the standard shown online
Both were refused.
The compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the faults.
Crucially, Tikamoon’s public reply did not acknowledge any of this, nor their refusal to offer repair or replacement, nor the conflict between their return demands and their own Premium Delivery policy.
What is most concerning is that many other reviews on Trustpilot mention the exact same issues:
• inconsistent alignment
• mislabelled “handcrafted variations” used to dismiss faults
• limited customer service authority
• difficulty returning faulty furniture
• policies applied inconsistently
My experience is clearly not isolated, and other customers have reported almost identical problems.
Tikamoon’s designs are beautiful, and their products could be excellent, but the combination of poor quality control, contradictory policies, and customer service that cannot resolve genuine faults is something future buyers should be aware of.

The furniture item arrived damaged. Tikamoon promptly replaced the damaged part. A disapointing start but very good customer service.
A very nice item of furniture. Its now hiding the spagetti mess of router and associated IT kit and has transformed our livingroom. The terazzo top means theres no worry about water from the houseplants we have on it.

We purchased a £549 Jonak tv unit, after waiting over 4 months for delivery, the ready assembled furniture was misaligned at the back on two corners, almost like the wood had been measured incorrectly or just poorly assembled at the joints.
I contacted Tikamoon, who asked for photos, they then replied and said that it was likely damaged in transit (I have to disagree and think it's more badly built).
They offered to replace the item but I would have to repack it and wait over 10 weeks for a replacement to arrive. Or I could have £55 refunded, bearing in mind we paid £49 for delivery, I think this level of compensation is poor.
We chose Tikamoon over other cheaper and flatpack retailers, thinking we would have a better quality piece of furniture but we've been left very disappointed. I fell for the gorgeous photos and sleek marketing, sadly won't be buying from tikamoon again.

Highly disappointed with the quality of the sideboard I received from TikaMoon. For an item valued at £800, I expected far better. The design itself was exactly what I was looking for, however the condition it arrived in was extremely poor.
Not only was there a black scrape along the light oak handle, but the right-hand door was misshapen, causing the top of the door and the handles to sit noticeably misaligned. There was also an obvious chip in the left-hand door, multiple other marks throughout the piece, and the entire unit arrived very dirty. It was quite clear that this was either a previously returned item or a poorly made piece that should never have passed quality control.
I did receive a partial refund of £275, but only after extensive back and forth with customer service, who felt reluctant at every stage — giving me the impression that this level of quality may be considered acceptable for them.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering from TikaMoon again and cannot recommend them.

I ordered a book case which cost over £1000 and waited 3 months for it. When it eventually arrived, it was damaged. I was offered a £160 refund or return the item. As I had waited so long for the book case I opted for the £160 refund. Having emailed them twice, been ignored on both occasions I am now going to try to send the item back and get a full refund or I will try the chargeback process. Either way, don’t buy from this retailer as they are not trustworthy and very expensive for the quality received
Update, after I posted my review, tikamoon got in contact with me and it transpired that they hadn’t received my email requesting a partial refund. Since then they were very responsive and processed the partial refund.

Lucie was very efficient. Excellent service, I changed my mind about the order and she dealt with it quickly and arranged a refund straight away. I would use Tikamoon again. Highly recommended the customer service.
Lucien displayed excellent customer service when I enquired about the delivery of 2 items which were supposed to be delivered within 10 weeks which would have potentially been after Christmas. I asked if the delivery could be brought forward. She immediately split the order so that I could get the main item within 10 days which is fantastic news. Thank you Lucie for changing the order without any fuss!
Beautiful basin, would highly recommend. The quality is definitely worth it.
Unit not sealed, stains easily, company doesn't bother you have an obvious article saying what sealing should be used, varnish instructions are for oil, not varnish.

We’re really disappointed. Our vanity started chipping after just one week of normal use. Your team has acknowledged this is a defect. We asked for a full refund to cover the cost of having a professional grind/re-oil the unit (or, alternatively, for you to send a contractor to repair it). Instead, we were told the only options are a £75 partial refund or to return the product despite it already being installed and that you have no UK presence to arrange a repair.
£75 does not come close to the labour costs we now face, and asking us to uninstall and return an installed, defective item without covering those costs feels unreasonable. We expected either a proper repair arranged by you or a full refund that reflects the actual remediation required.
Please reach out urgently to resolve this fairly either by arranging a repair with a qualified contractor or providing a full refund that covers reasonable labour. We’re happy to share photos and all correspondence to help you sort this quickly.

Lovely furniture but unsuitable for the space I had. The return was accepted with no quibbles and the process was made very easy. Ornella emailed me to tell me the return had been received and my refund would be with me soon. Great customer service and because of this I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Tikamoon again.

Really high quality beautiful furniture.
After-sales care was also top notch, a mirror arrived broken. After one email they dispatched a replacement and sent through a returns label to help me dispose of the broken one.

I have had a table for a few months and it is excellent quality. I needed to check the exact table leg sizes whilst not being at home and contacted the company and the had a prompt response from Ornella with detailed drawings! Great product, quality and service!

I ordered a coffe table which was beautiful! Sadly after a few weeks I noticed there was a problem and the wood was splitting slightly at the corners. Tikamoon were so helpful and organised a return/full refund straight away. I would definitely recommend as the furniture is really beautiful and the customer service excellent.
