My TikTok Experience

TikTok has been a fun way for me to discover new trends, music, and creative videos. I like how the app’s algorithm shows content that matches my interests, so it never gets boring. Sometimes I spend too much time scrolling, but I also learn a lot and get inspired by other creators.

Promote payment taken, no resolution or refund

I paid to use TikTok’s Promote feature, but the service did not work as expected.

Despite contacting support, the issue remains unresolved and no refund has been provided. Communication has been unclear and unhelpful, with no meaningful resolution offered.

Given that this is a paid feature, I expected basic accountability. Based on this experience, I would not use Promote again.

Customize to fit you

Very entertaining app and gets very local. I learn a lot about what’s happening in my city from TikTok and would be five stars if it wasn’t so addictive.

Absolute con as a seller I got…

Absolute con as a seller I got restricted before even knowing what I’ve done wrong. No one to actually talk to just bots. Complete failure to understand how to deal with ppl. My business has suffered tremendously because of this idiot platform. 💩

Bloody scammers

Bloody scammers, i paid $22 for a promotion that was supposed to hit 13k to 20k views, finished the day with 300 views and took all the $22, never run promotions on this scamming platform

I have had nothing but issues with TT

I have had nothing but issues with TT. Since 12/30/2925, I have tried to verify my age (55), location (North Caroline), region (United States), and credit card/debit card/PayPal to make purchases. For what ever reason, after multiple support tickets, I cannot get these issues resolved. I have two accounts, one works perfect, the other NO NO NO. TT says the issues lie with me. When I bring up the fact that the second account, which uses the same iPhone, same laptop, same internet, same WiFi, CRICKETS. I no longer get replies to my emails. I no longer get replies to my support tickets.
