I ordered a bezel and a band from them january 16, after a couple of days i get confirmation (very slow imo), and a few days later my items show up.
The bezel is not the one i ordered, and i contact them… they get back to me the 31 of january and agree to send the correct one, and update me as soon as it ship out.
After this no communication… i send maybe 4 emails requesting an update, no response at all, now it has been app. 3 weeks and im giving up... this is the worst internet business i have ever encountered, I have never experienced silent treatment like this... No response at all.
My advise is to stay away… im sitting here with a useless bezel and a watch i cannot assemble and they obviously have their money and dont care.
