Save your money. I only received part of my order. Have tried to contact Watchway by email and through their website as there isn’t a phone number. The address on the website is a residential address not a business one. I’d send the part of my order back I received if I thought I’d get some or all of my money back but it’s doubtful. Can’t fix my watches with what I received so out of pocket and still no closer to having the watches fixed. AVOID!
I am the latest victim of Watchway. They sent me a tracking number saying my item was shipped. That was over two weeks ago and Royal Mail has not received it. My emails to them remain unanswered. A waste of my time and money. I have filed a claim.
I really hoped to not have to write a negative review. After ordering a number of G Shock spares, the order was slow to arrive and missing part of my order. I've emailed them 3 times and used the website contact. 2 weeks has gone by with no reply to anything and they dont have a contact phone number. I'd send my order back for a full refund but have no confidence that would happen so ive wasted my money. Complete scam and money thieves.
Item ordered on 27th and received message stating item had been shipped on 29th, along with Royal Mail tracking code. Over a week later and tracking shows that Royal Mail still haven't actually received the package. Watchway aren't answering emails so had to get refund via PayPal.
ordered on 25Nov26, received update from royal mail they expecting item from watchway. nothing received till now (10Dec26). do not buy from them, watchway scamming.
Order combi bracelet and pins on 2 Dec 25, received on the 6th Dec. Great price and fast email response when asking about delivery.
Do not buy from this company. They claim they have dispatched items and give a tracking number but it never updates or is recieved by Royal Mail, then they do not answer emails. Terrible way to treat customers. Had to get a refund via Paypal. Avoid!!!

I placed an order on Jul 27, 2025, and received an email two days later confirming that my order had been shipped. However, when I check the tracking number on the Royal Mail website after 3 4 days later, it showed—and still shows as of Aug 16, 2025—“The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail. We're expecting it”
I informed them about the situation, but they have taken no action. I have sent several follow-up emails, yet they continue to ignore them. That’s the most frustrating part. There could be issues with the delivery or with the products themselves, but the most important thing is to keep customers informed and respond to their emails. If you cannot reply to customer emails for two weeks, you are not running a proper business.

They had a hard to find bezel in stock that I needed - ordered,processed and delivered in 4 days. 10/10
Very slow delivery, not at all what the claim on their website. Terrible customer service, email only and sporadic, slow responses. Finally, I returned goods with their agreement, but they didn't issue a refund when goods are returned!
