Hi I would like to say a huge thank you to Roccia. The whole experience has been a pleasure due to the patience, professionalism and kindness of the staff. Gavin and Banita have given me a beautiful bathroom that covers all my wheelchair needs, for an amazing price. A big thank you to the wonderful Muhammad G, who has help me choose the most amazing tiles and has given great customer service and made it so easy when there were some unexpected changes. I certainly wasn't the easiest customer and am embarrassed how many visits and phone calls I made, but the advice was second to none as was the care. Cannot recommend the company enough, 5 star product with 5 star care.

The customer service what Roccia showed from start to finish was brilliant. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable staff and the materials was really good and at high spec and recommend them to anyone else thinking of installing a shower/bathroom. Thanks Roccia for all the help and support.

I find the showroom inspirational when looking to make changes to my home. Been to many places over the year but Roccia is my top favourite . Visted today & spoke with Ishy who was a pleasure to deal with. His style of sales is efficient whilst relaxing which is my type of shopping experience.

Visited Roccia today for some grey wood effect tiles For our outdoor patio to match our indoor flooring. Ishy showed us the best options available that were none slip. Nothing was too much trouble he lay examples on the floor for us to compare. Once we made our choice he gave us a written quote. I have used Roccia several times, their staff are available to answer any questions, but they are not pushy which I like. We decided to buy our tiles from Roccia again. We do check other tile companies but none compare to the friendly service and good price comparison for like for like quality. Thanks Ishy, and thanks for the offer of an Indian banquet hahaha. We have purchased all our tiles and accessories for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and conservatory over the past 4 years. A first class service from Ishy and his colleagues on each occasion. A very comprehensive range of quality products. Highly recommended.

We have recently visited the Preston store twice in the last few months. Last week I found I’d ran out of grout and set off for the store. I knew it would be tight getting there before closing. My husband rang the store to pre order the grout and told them I was on my way. Ishy was great. The order was waiting for me and they kept the store open a few extra minutes to make sure I could get my grout. Each time we have been the service has been exceptional. We absolutely love the tiles we bought. Thank you Ishy and the team for all your help!

Top class service received from Ishy today in their Wigan store.
Needed my tiles there and then which he sorted within a half an hour time slot.

I have carried out a number of tiling projects to bathrooms and kitchens over the last ten years, during that time I have never failed to be impressed with everything about Roccia (previously Tile Mart).
All the staff I have had dealings with have provided a great customer service, certainly make you feel welcome, Anis has been the main salesperson that I have dealt with, he has been very helpful in providing advice on tiles, bathrooms and underfloor heating.
I was impressed on my first visit to the Tile Mart Preston store, ten years on and the new Roccia store continues not only to impress, but still provides the outstanding service I received back then.

Fantastic service throughout, from the moment we stepped into the shop we were welcomed by Irfan under no pressure to buy, we found the tiles we wanted, arranged the delivery date, said we would get a call an hour before delivery, which we did( what another nice guy). Returned the tiles we didn’t use and refund on way, wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is 10 out of 10. Thank you Irfan and the staff at Preston shop😀😀 I can highly recommend.

We were recommended to visit the Bolton Store for the tiles for our bathroom. The choice of tiles was amazing and then we met Michael. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgable and was a great help to us. We came away from Roccia very happy with our selection and the price.

Recently purchased tiles for my kitchen and had a great experience. The staff are all really helpful and knowledgable and were able to make fantastic recommendations when we were struggling to know what to do. I had a small issue with the tiles being slightly different due to different batches but this was resolved in a matter of a couple of days. I would certainly recommend going to Preston Roccia, the showroom is fantastic and there is a great deal of choice with everything displayed in a very easy to navigate way.
There were several different sales guys who helped me and all were equally great. I would like to give a special mention to Ishy who was super helpful.

We orignally had an appointment with Alison, however when we arrived we was told she was unfortunately off sick. Mohammed was then called in from home to assist me. Mohammed from Preston (bathrooms) was AMAZING from start to finish. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and liked. Mohammed assisted us throughout the showroom to show us different shower doors, basins, taps and vanity units. He went above and beyond to assist us, knowing we were quite nervous matching things up. One aspect we quite admired from Mohammed was he gave us his personal opinion throughout which was a great help for me as im a very un-decisive person. From this experience we gained of Mohammed not only did he get a sale from us yesterday, he gained the sale of x3 bathrooms. The customer service from Mohammed was 10/10 and we will be returning next week to sort the other 2 bathrooms out with him.

With the year ending and finally a bit more time on my hands, I was thinking about people and trading places that had impressed me during last year. I immediately thought about Roccia and Mr Vandan Purohit. He helped me immensely with his great skill of being able to describe a very difficult to describe tile that I was drawn to but have not seen it in reality and needed more pictorial and descriptive information to make a decision if it was, what I imagined it was. We all know the fear of making a mistake and uncertainty when committing a sum of money for our home interior. Vandan helped me to minimise that fear with his patience, style, understanding of the customer needs. He provided pictures of the tile from various angles that the Internet was not showing and spent time describing the product, not in a way a sales person would do, trying to sell something to somebody, but intelligently, with flare and imagination that helped me to visualise the tile that I had not seen. Choosing a tile over the Internet is difficult. Thanks to Vandan, I didn't regret my decision because I knew what I was choosing and what to expect. What’s more, the tiles arrived on time from Italy, despite of worldwide difficulties with transport logistics. They arrived accordingly to the schedule we discussed and Vandan really gave a lot of time and consideration so that the date was convenient for me. The assistance I received from Roccia and Vandan was superb in every aspect of tile purchasing: from decision making through to order making, payments and delivery and post-purchase care. I wish, I had another area of the house to refurbish because I would like to go through the experience of buying from Roccia AGAIN! Now, when I am placing my comments, I can see that this Company has got endless good comments to its name. I am not surprised. They really want to make sure that their customers are at the centre and that they are happy, regardless of the amount of money spent, small or large.

Went to ROCCIA yesterday looking for three tiles to cover over where my thermostat used to be in my kitchen had a bit of banter With ABDUL (might need to re-tile my Kitchen) he was only joking and the upshot is he found me three tiles just what I needed and I got them free of charge as a goodwill gesture if that’s not five-star service I don’t know what is

Visited the Bolton Store and very impressed with the amount of choice available. Great selection of tiles at very competitive prices. Helped by Ash who provided us with a sample tile that we then chose for our new home. End result.. floor looks fantastic! Admired by everyone that has seen it. Would definitely recommend Roccia if you are looking for great choice of tiles and need advice choosing.
